Ordered Curry Laksa but the chicken in the laksa wasn't cooked. Clay, bloody & washed out. How do you want to eat? Terrible food. To TCRS, please maintain your standards and please observe this outlet quality.

Service is not satisfactory, not professional, everyone avoids serving customers, mentality is 0, there are 3 staff and the work is not working.not even a full restaurant, please hire someone who is more experienced and welcoming. Service is useless

The bean sprouts are old, and has this unpleasant smell alongside with it.just took few bites only. Plus the soup was very salty.otherwise the main dish was fine

Tadi sye makan kat chicken rice quill city mall, sya panggil staff tpi smua buat bodo mcm tak nampak sya ni cust, tpi ada sorang staff, baik gila freindls sangat, sya tanya kenapa smua staff muka masam, pastu dia pun terangkan, kalau busy semua staff fokus buat kerja and then dia minta maaf, pastu dia ambik order sya, dan hantar makanan sya, dia kata dia dari outlet lalaport, datang quill city mall nak backup, so mcm tu lah, pesan sya, harap2 staff quill city mall semua berlajar dari dia, the best staff i pernah jumpa

The food was excellent in quality and taste.service also top notch and there was a wide menu to cater for all options. Highly recommended

A nice place for colleagues gathering. The chicken is juicy and it comes with a set which is worthy for lunch.

The service is very good. Nice friendly staff members, also they are not cheap on the fried ginger sambal. All in all it was a great lunch there. Thank for the service.

Sure will come again. Best is order their single dish with rice is only less than RM10, or else their set meal is kind of expensive if u ask me.

Having lunch here with my friends.
Attend by foreigner staff who cant even understand what act we want.
Services very bad, they forgot to sent our drink. We need to ask so many time and at the end my friend go to their kitchen asking for our drink. We order just a simple drink yet still your staff cannot serve it.
Staff not helpful at all.
Please train your staff very well before attend the customer and improve your service.

Approximately 2 weeks ago I came here with friends for a late lunch. Customer service here is out. I asked the waiter to wipe our table because it was sticky even after I wiped it with tissue and the waiter slammed the tray at another empty table before getting tissue from another table to wipe our table. I don't know why he did that. And then they got our order so messed up but the restaurant isn't that busy so again, i don't understand why. Perhaps you could improve on your customer service more

The worst when it comes to service.
The staffs cant even understand you,
Food takes longer than usual when there is no crowd.
You have to remind them to bring chilli ans drinks and they even forgot one item from the menu that we ordered.

Taste is 4/10.compared to all other outlets.

Bad service, bad food, waiters isn't good, need to wait and ask for so long. Food Is cold, not tasty and doesn't feel fresh, tea even tea which i ordered hot is almost cold.
