The steamed chicken I ordered with rice noodle was cold…Please look into your kitchen staff! Never be back again

Order late serve, chicken serve but rice not serve than wait for cutlery. Also staff unfriendly manner when i call even if they don't do anything just just playing with each other. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

I visited the chicken rice shop with my colleagues, and I placed my order at 12: 28 pm. However, all my colleagues received their steamed chicken within 10 minutes. We followed up on my order several times, but it wasn't until 12: 55 pm that a staff member informed me that they were out of steamed chicken and asked me if it was okay to replace it with roast chicken. I was unhappy with this arrangement because we had followed up multiple times, and those who arrived after me received the steamed chicken just because the staff didn't miss out on their orders. I feel really disappointed about this.

I give a 2-star review because, in the end, the staff listened to my complaint, acted politely, and apologized to me.

The food was okay, the pai tee was less crunchy than other outlets. The waiters were unfriendly and gave us a weird look. Requested for extra soup and wasn't even served. This outlet is one of the worst that the chicken rice shop currently have. The place was also quite messy.

Note: Please train or find staffs that are friendly and know how to fulfill your customer's request. Will not be coming back to this outlet anytime soon.

Better than many similar restorans. Particularly like the Chicken Curry. Other chickens also good. The spicy lady fingers also great. Sometimes rice are not hot. A no-frills F&B.

One of guy staf here so rude and rasict! I just come in to have my lunch he say cannot dine in i'm christian not muslim he should not ask customer like that to me is rasict. Disappointed my day to eat here again.

Having lunch here on 12th May 2.30pm. The service is unreasonably slow. The staff all group together outside the kitchen service area to chit-chat leaving the cashier empty. Literally waited for 10 minutes to get a seat bcs staff kept on chit-chatting and even when we got our seat, it took more than 15 minutes to get the qr code to order (itupun kena panggil dulu sebab member sibuk nak sambung gossip lol) and when we went to the cashier to pay, the cashier keep on watching her phone messaging and let us stood in front of her for minutes. A simple 'sorry ya i need to handle this for a minute' would be nice but well. Until one moment this one auntie exploded and scold the staff yet the staff was not apologizing and gave excuses and not to mention she was literally showing unprofessional attitude. I hope she's not the manager but if she is, the management clearly need to hire someone better.

Not only that the service was super slow, the chicken that I ordered was ice cold and mushy! Never again

It's quite packed during lunch but the space is quite spacious. The chicken is so tasty and the price is affordable.

Surprisingly delicious food. The chicken is tender. The bean sprouts are crunchy, sweet and juicy. The drinks are nice. The soup is a little too salty to my taste. Good service and very helpful staff. Overall a good experience and will visit this store again.

Yeaaah don’t waste your money here. Water tastes like sewage and the soup noodle especially taste like it’s made in the sewage.

Affordable and tasty chicken rice shop, with the Good deals set at RM10.90 of chicken, soup and drink. There's quite a lot of options of chicken to choose from, from Soy, roasted, plain, honey, BBQ. Drinks also gave a few varieties such as Coke, Mug, Chinese tea. Portion of chicken depends on your luck each time you visit, sometimes it's big and sometimes a less. It's almost always full during lunch time but it's not a super long wait.

Used to be my favourite restaurant. Quite some time since the last time I visited years ago. Their dishes still the same, nothing much improvement. The Pai Tee is must have dishes along with the roasted chicken and bean sprout.

First and last. Rice is sticky and bad service (wave to waitress, clearly seen and ignore). The chicken rice can't even compete with hawker stall standard.

Menghidangkan makanan yg memang benar benar sdh tak panas dan tak fresh langsung. Sangat mengecewakan. Ayam keras sebab dah sejuk, nasi pun x panas, sup pun x panas.x tau lah kenapa sampai hati hidang makanan mcm tu. Tolonglah jangan buat macam tu lagi kat costumer, orang bayar lah.

What is so hard by leaving the QR codes on the tables for us to order? Your service is already slow just to bring us the food but now gotta wait for you to provide the stupid qr code to order. How of an inconvenience.

Not a comfortable place to dine. Staff has an attitude 'i hate this place' and we struggle to get help with basic customer service like drink, napkin, clean chair. Look somewhere else when dining out with family

Meal set is value for money. RM20.90 a meal set with a chicken portion for one person, a plate of rice, boiled vegetable, a piece of tofu, an egg, a bowl of soup and a drink. Taste OK and adequate portion.
