Love the food! I like the roasted chicken is very delicious and the hainan rice here is my favorite.as a foreigner i recomended this resto!

The female supervisor so rude and no manner at all how can she raise her voice and pointing finger to my dad? We just press the button to take order after 5minites waiting.even the staff here also rude.not family friendly at all please dont come here

The shop is sparse, but every time I come here and sit for a long time, no one is willing to give the QR code to scan, wait for about 10 15 minutes, until I get up and want to leave, I will start issuing QR codes?

Had trouble placing order via the qr code. Asked the floor manager (young lady in hijab) if l can place order with her as l has trouble loading the menu online. She gave a real unhappy look, and ROLLED her eyes! While placing order she stared at her device instead of asking or recommending menus to us. I asked her if we were causing a problem to her. She said no. But really. The Chicken Rice Shop? Floor manager is doing this? The one in the beige!

Surprisingly, their menu are quite tasty. This restaurant is one of my fav for now. I love their mushroom noodles (both with or without soup). Their special menu for Ramadan i.e, ayam penyet was also good.

The only lacking aspect here is on the service. When I 1st came, i didn't know how the ordering system worked, but the staff didn't approach me. And when I asked, it happened to be a new staff & he just calmly said "Idk, I'm new here. " Well, he could at least ask his senior to help. But I think it's still toleratable lah considering hw packed the restaurant was and well, maybe no training for new staffs just yet (?)

Anw, to order, you need to go to the front desk. The staff will give you the table number+menu/barcode to scan. You order online, then pay at the cashier (Idk if u should pay 1st for them to proceed the order, or u can pay later. But I paid 1st at the time). I hope the management will improve cust experience especially the new cust.

Duduk 10 minit takde orang nak ambik order.dah banyak kali cakap line fon xde xboleh scan.dduk sini 1.20.pukul 2 baru dapat makanan.tu pun selepas saya pergi dapur panggil org kemas meja dan ambik order saya.bad srvis.

First time makan TCRS dekat Sunway Putra mall. Staff biasa sangat baik. Tapi ada sorang staff tu tak pasti samada dia Supervisor or manager. Dia agak biadap sikit. Saya tanya baik baik tapi dibalas dengan agak rude.

18 mins of my Time wasted ordering using the QR code because the online platform IS NOT USER FRIENDLY. Had to call the staff every time to order next selection of meal. Food quality is average.

The tastes are the same The Chicken Rice Shop taste. They now have a robot cart that brings our food to our table, so that is fun for the kids. The waiters are not like other branch of The Chicken Rice Shops, this one has nice staffs. I always come here for a quick and safe meal. Convenient to eat when you’re tired from walking around the mall

Why take sooooooo long.i submitted my order at 3: 21pm, 4: 15pm we just get our food…this one also after i get angry and ask them to check…i really cannot understand…everything is prepared.just take the order and serve no need to take so long…. N please improve ur staff attitude…so rude.dont come to work if u only know how to make face when tired…stay at home

It hurts to write this but as a tuorist whos been to KL about 7 times unfortunately some of these shops came out extremely stupid. They no longer use menus they use a barcode which means you cannot order if you dont have a local connection. So as a rating not for travellers. Contact if this can be fixed i miss the chiken and rice shop

The food was acceptable, I liked more the robot than the staff.
I ordered BBQ Chicken combo, the portion was very small and the rice was tasteless, the chicken was good.
I also ordered Fish meal and received no sauces (should have been 3).
The portions are a lot smaller as in the pictures and the food is not so tasty.
To drink I have ordered Dino Choco malt and Berry Jelly Fizz.
The Choco malt was really tasteless like colored water.
I am so sorry to give this negative review but they can do so much better!

Atmosphere
The ambiance is quite dull as compare to other branch. Waiters seems to be dull and not smiling to customers.

While seating, i felt cold and request for change of place. Before changing, i checked with the supervisor if its okay to change since i have ordered food, she asked why without a smile or courtesy.
I was shocked with the attitude.
And i said its cold inside and i wanted to seat outside.
Then the supervisor just shake her head wiuthout saying a single word.

Worst customer service i never experience in an brand.

Very bad costomor service,
First you wait for ages outside so they don't explain anything or talk at all even if you ask they just walk off, or talk with their eyes not even signing, for 5 minutes I didn't know that I should order by scanning and registering my phone number only.last time they brought the menu to the table.

My order web page gave an error, I was asked to speak to the costomor service to let them know I was waiving to any one of the group that was working at the back but they kept staring at me like I was doing something wrong.they had a robot waiter only serving certain tables, they didn't explain that or had a sign saying that it was shocking to see that passing by me and talking.
A man was harrasing me and nobody said anything I wasn't sure he was talking to me because I didn't understand the language but he was loud and frankly harrasing me and no waiter noticed that or asked him to stop once I was sure he was talking to me and. I asked him to stop loudly and he stopped.

Very poor costomor service engagement and strangee experience
The robot was more friendly than they were
I like the food so I might try other branch or order delivery.

I ordered takeaway for iftar and the staff didn’t provide my order correctly. My chicken dumpling is missing and the staff didn’t closed the soup cup properly, it’s make the soups spilled
