Taman Tasik Menjalara reviews
40The time is displayed as 24 hours, but actually close at 7pm! Please update the correct time, don't waste my time
One of the relaxation park that amuse people to walk and jogging. But it's pond water turn darker and dirty now as compare with years ago.
For general exercise for adults are good but kids cannot play ball, cannot cycle bicycle, cannot play scooter. Very disappointed!
A great place for morning exercises, including walks around the lake, exercise stations, join groups like Taichi, line dance, calistenics, etc.
This has been opened since September 1999
Just when my health was at lowest ebb. People teased me calling me names like chopsticks, bamboo sticks, (tekkoh) in Hokkien, Kampong chicken, (saumangkai June Kali Kai), Mr Pojilam, the Chinsese physio now opposite Selayang Mall, he toldteased me, I was a qualified drug addict, and in no time I would walk like a (kiongsi) walking dead. All these hurt deeply. But these word turn out to be a Blessing in disguise. Hence I started exercising at this park. Many visitors here told me of their experiences more or less similar to me. I had a good start
. I bought sports attire, running shoes, then looked at the mirror, wow! Smart strong n handsome! Smiling at myself, that's enough motivation. When I was exercising there, I met friends. My life had changed tremendously, so is my health. Simultaneously the had been upgraded gradually and more is on the way. Now at 2021 (22 yrs) latter, I am 69 yrs old young man. Still carry on, no give up. Of course my performance curve is noticeable, (walk, jog, run then run, jog, walk, finally craw,) That is facts of life!) Life is short, play hard, eat smart. Work hard n smart, so we won't die so fast, no die hard. Oh how I wish you all enjoy life n exercise! Thank you everybody. Please share your experiences here. Thank you. (Very long winded, Chong hei Kung, kokokokoo, chicken rooster Wong at Manjalra Park, remember who this guy is? Haha
.
From early of 2020 until now Feb 2021 the construction here not yet completed. The trees near the jogging track not well maintained. Nearly blocking the passage.
The park is well visited by local. Many seniors come to socialise and exercise. Walking around the lake and Line dancing being the two popular activity. Nearby coffee shops and other food outlets to fill up the hungry stomach. Tall majestic trees line up the park boundary. Apparently the park has a beautiful Malay timber traditional public in KL.
Currently the lake is under construction, so no nice view when you jog around the lake bur the track is still all right.
This park is clean and have many parking space. Noticed many families from surrounding area bring their children's here and they're all having a good time.
Water levels seem to be dipping recently even though it's been raining every other day, it doesn't look clean but most importantly it doesn't smell bad. Very popular spot with undulating terrain walkways
Jogging, walking and chilling.yes this place really nice, but please aware nyamuk hungry to hunt you haha
It's a place that you can relax and your kids playground since there's some equipment like cradle, see saw, monkey bar etc.
Small friendly park in KL with helpful security guards and clean toilets. Many regular attendees. A variety of food vendors outside along the main street.
Kepong folks favourite jogging place. Crowded at morning. There are some dedicated people teach Zumba too for free. Besides, you can get some fresh vege, eggs, fruits and food once you finished your jogging at roadside seller
A small park for kepong residents for a stroll or jog. Bandaraya should continue to well maintained it for the community
Nice park with some shades from the trees, a waterfall, a man made lake and fountain with rainbow at times.good for morning walk n lots of food from nearby coffee shops.
Great place for exercise, kids playground should have improve on facilities like damage of flooring
Turtles & fish. Feeeeeeed. Nice place for morning/evening exercise. A bit too hot for my taste, otherwise. Clean toilets, well- maintained facilities, nice balance between nature and amenities, imho. The ledges for feeding fish need some work, though it looks like a pain to maintain. Maybe a different solution for that? Fountains/aeration on during peak hours (morning/evening) only.
This park is highly popular among people in Kepong area. Early morning, there are a number of elderly practicing 'Tai Chi' at this park.
This is a great park. If you into running or walking the terrain have few uphill and downhill. For children, there’re 2 playgrounds. Also available some workout tools for you to utilize after that long walking or running. Toilet also available
