On 2/1/2024 tuesday, my sister came to KK Sentul c/o diarrhea, vomiting, abd pain, headache. This one female Dr Indian just asked her what happened to her without looking at her and don't do any physical examination on her. A bit dissapointed.

Yesterday, 5/1/2024 my sister came again to get a referral letter to ED HKL. My sister told me the same symptoms near this one nurse as still not relieved which is DIARRHEA, VOMITING and ABD PAIN but she put my sister near FEVER/URTI has an area which is my sister's symptoms that's more tu AGE doesn't make sense straight away, even student You can even think practical, aww and that nurse even wrote on a small piece of paper like triage paper, I think "PT is a very long story"? You have to obtain history from pt and you dare to write like that hahh? Bro, if the PT doesn't really tell you about his symptoms, the Dr will diagnose the wrong thing, and the medication will be wrong. If you become something else, it doesn't matter what it is like?

But there are also good staff. Thanks to this one MA who alerted me that my sister had more symptoms, namely AGE, not URTI. And this one female Dr Malay really has good service. Do a blood and urine test near my sister. Do a proper physical examination and write a reference letter for him to take to the HKL ED. Thank you so much to that MA and to Dr Afiqa for doing a great job

Nurse serta farmasi punya layanan baik & okay, tpi layanan doktor India perempuan sangat teruk ya. Dan just check ala kadar serta tinggikan suara pada pesakit. Very bad service layanan doktor dekat sini Dan dapat ubat yg x funsion! Tolong la perbaiki pesakit Datang bukan saja2 nk datang tgk muka doktor. Klinik swasta lebih better dri kerajaan

Call kali ke3 baru angkat tapi nasib jawab elok2 Buat appointment thru mysj just for formality tapi boleh je walk in utk outpatient. Doctors & nurses were very thorough so rasa function sikit la datang KK walaupun sakit tak teruk pun

Servis lambat sebab kerja nurse buat manually. Sepatutnya dah kena ada sistem dan peruntukkan computer untuk setiap nurse. Kesian kena buat report dalam buku pink pakai tulis tangan je. Masa tunggu untuk jumpa nurse: 3 jam. Koyak mental

Perkhidmatan lembap dan que number xrunning.mengelirukan.kena laksanakan 1st come 1st serve di klinik ni.perlu byk belajar ttg pengurusan klinik.pengurusan yg teruk.tilong perbaiki sistem pengurusan pelanggan dan piagam pelanggan tu.jgn biar ibu dan anak menunggu terlalu lama.teruk sgt dtg jm8.20 serve jam 1.00 ptg.

Today on 9/11/22@2.34PM. I went to pharmacy. Female malay pharmacist who sat at the counter, who give number to que. Im very disrespectful and disappointed how she treat and asked to patient. If you have a moody day or what, please dont bring your problem at your work! The way of speaking is very very unprofessional! Dont bring ur problem in your work place!
Like before my appointment, i very like chinese man pharmacist treated me with nicely word.
But all doctors and nurses are the best!

Pernah kena tengking. Aku dahla demam dia pulak cakap slow dgn mask lagi. Haram betul. Yang tengking tu Chinese. Kejadian dh lama tapi saje nk review

Appointment tumpang kat utc lebih 3 kali, semua misi & doc baik baik cuma lambat sikit je & kalau call pun susah nak dapat. Setiap kali nak buat appointment mesti kena pergi klinik sentul terus.

Today brought my son for 2nd dose vaccine. The nurse called us for my son's turn. I was then distracted by another nurse to asked me to scan the barcode, all the sudden another nurse told me that she already done the vaccine for my son. I told the nurse that why she didn't even show me the type of vaccine and expiry date before given the vaccine to my son. The nurse should be more careful.

Today 12 Jan 2022 2pm appt waited for half an hour to be told to do some tests (wasted time) klinik C was quiet no patient yet waiting period was senseless for a senior citizen.

Very bad experience. Doctor semua tersangat okay tapi nurse macam biasalah. Nurse terpaling betul dalam Kuala Lumpur boleh dapat dekat UTC sentul. Nurse perempuan, Indian. Saya call sebab nak tukar tarikh appointment untuk kaunseling disebabkan saya quarantine dan tak boleh ke mana mana, dia boleh jawab saya tak tahu number kaunseling. Bila saya tanya balik macam mana saya nak buat kalau tukar tarikh ye Cik? Nurse boleh jawab saya tak tahu la sebab kitorang tak tahu extension number kaunseling. Padahal biik kaunseling belakang kaunter je. Sangat membantu Nurse perempuan Indian tersebut ya.

Selepas beberapa minit saya call kali kedua, Nurse perempuan Melayu jawab, sangat baik dan sopan siap nak tolong saya tukar tarikh lagi. Memang semua orang ada masalah setiap hari tapi jangan lah letakkan emosi dalam pekerjaan. Saya call cakap elok elok. Sebagai seorang nurse kerajaan, saya percaya kerajaan amat menitik beratkan hal ini masa latihan kejururawatan. Sopan dan adab tu common sense semasa jawab telefon. Bayangkan ahli keluarga awak sendiri yang berada di tempat saya? Bayangkan ahi keluarga awak accident call ambulance tapi ambulance cakap eh tak tahulah nak buat macam mana? Awak boleh terima akal ke? Lain kali kalau tak boleh bertugas jawab telefon jangan angkat or jawab telefon. Benda mudah. Jadi nurse sebab nak selamatkan nyawa orang, kalau 1000 nurse macam awak ni, rosak semua orang. Memang betul betul memalukan imej klinik kerajaan. Kesian nurse yang lain kena tempias sebab perangai awak. Saya akan ingat sampai mati Nurse UTC Sentul, Perempuan, berbangsa India.

Tujuan post ini tiada niat untuk menjadi racist, saya hanya menyatakan layanan yang saya dapat dari dua orang nurse sahaja. Dan dengan dialek nurse tersebut sahaja perbezaan yang saya dapat kenal pasti.

Went there few days ago, the service given by one of the male receptionist/ pharmacist was definitely the worst service i ever experienced.if im not mistaken his name is chin guan keat.just a reminder, if u are not in a good mood pls find a place to take a rest.i understand frontliners r busy nowadays, so i wont expect a heartwarming service from u, but being rude is a big no no.

Receptionist very rude. Don't know manner how to speak with patients. Don't see any good facilities, instruments, management ver poor. Somehow doctor and nurse are ok
