Saye bersalin dekat sini. Memang best pelayanan. Walaupun bukan warganegara harga tak mahal sangat. Pelayanan sangat okay

Bersalin dari anak yang first sampai yang ke tiga dengan doctor zanariah.
Memang doctor sangat bagus and very friendly. Staf2 semua sangat bagus. Very recommended.

The doctor or owner n staff really not friendly at all, sgt skema n so straight, not really advice proper with ur customers

Last time bawak wife buat prenancy checkup kat sini.

Pros:
Doctor / Consultancy: Doctor Zunita sangat baik dan professional.
Parking: Parking dekat sini banyak, boleh bayar guna apps JomParking.
Layout / Facility Inside: Aku hanya pi clinic prenancy tu. But dalam tu mmg bersih. Ada tangki air minuman, tmpat saling pampers, tempat breastfeeding etc/

Cons:
Management. Agak slow sebab even dah booking slot, still kena tunggu berzaman kat luar tu.

Also last time medical centre ni tak dapat renew certificate apa ntah untuk bagi boleh handle kes bersalin sebab MCO delay process issuing certificate tu.

Ended up kami kena pi cari tempat lain pulak nak bersalin last minute.huhu leceh oooo.sapa2 nak mai boleh try, but tnya siap2 clinic, boleh ambik kes bersalin ka nnt?

FY2020: visited few check-ups for 2nd bb, but im found that they are not details/caring anymore, each checkup were fast and simple conversation without extra advice.even skipped the most simple data entry like mummy's name and due date for ultrasound scan, that's reasonable if u didn't key in during 1st visit, but even government clinic also key in that during my first scan. Waiting time around 1hrs during weekdays.

FY2018: professional yet friendly staffs and doctors, room was well-cleaned, food provided were tasty too, Dr. Zana Zalinda were very patience and calm, too bad she left Malaysia on year 2019

Very uninformative! The doctor is very stiff and not friendly. I like the staff working in the counter as they are sweet but just like the doctor they are not informative, when they give the medicine they don't tell you what the medicine is, they just tell you how to take it, I had to ask for all the medicines again & again what each medicine was for and they would tell me in an agitated way. The place is nice and clean but I really don't like their service at all, I am currently looking for another place to continue my checkups.

Had an appointment at 10: 45am for detailed scab, they asked us to arrive 15mins early for registration, which we did.
But we waited more than 1 hour to see the doctor, and the detailed scan took only 10 minutes.
I don't see the point of the "appointment" if we have to wait that long.
During the waiting, we asked how long till we can see the doctor, the nurse forgot who we are, the fact that we registered to her around 30 minutes ago, and there were only less than 5 visitors with us.
Unprofessional & lack of management skills.

Came with my sister in law for her delivery, Dr. Zunita was handling her case during pregnancy and she was very professional and calm. On the day of labor Dr. Zunita was on leave and another doctor who constantly kept forcing us to go for caeserian delivery, we told her we want to go for normal delivery but she kept insiting on caeserian. The delivery ended up to be very normal with no complications, I wonder why they were insisting on caeserian in advance, is it just for the money?

Nursing staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Tharsh at the reception she has excellent customer service skills.

Overall it was a good experience.

Last year I saw a lot of good comments and ratings for this hospital, but now there are so many negative complaints about their service and it took too long to see a doctor for over an hour, really bad.

Please fix this problem immediately for mutual benefit.

Very bad time management for the patients. After select your slot to appointment you need to wait more than hour. In addition bad organization you can see while you waiting the another patient how just arrive come meet doctor before you. Better to give token number to be fair

Waiting lounge is amazing. Water cooler is provided, toilet is clean and sofas are comfortable. The doctors room are spacious and comfy to my liking. Doctors and staffs are nice and friendly attend to your needs.

Best place for pregnancy check up. Dr Zunita is very nice and friendly. Thank you Dr. Definitely will be back on the next pregnancy

Everytime you want to meet a doctor you need at least 1 hour to wait. Will never ever return to this place anymore.

If you want to suffer post delivery health related issues PLUS triple the price stated in the delivery package, only then go to Rampai Puteri hospital.you will be treated like in a public hospital and yet charged as premium private hospital

and yes, if it happens to find yourself in the hospital just avoid Dr. Zanaria as she is very unqualified gynecologist

Im indonesian, me and my husband decide to deliver in KL try to find rs with all stuff most of female, And my husband friend recomended dr Kay at RPMC and now usually checkup in 1st until 3rd trimester stay comfy with dr Kay. Tq RPMC

A hospital that wholeheartedly cares and works hard for each individual patient. Great environment and great service.

Had great experience with dr Zana Zalinda. She dealt with my case very smoothly and she did exactly what she told.

Gave my son the wrong dose for his paracetamol (for pain relief) after a circumcision. The dose were much lower than it should be. My 4 months old baby cried uncontrollably for days til i brought to another specialist and was told that the dose given was for a newborn in their first few days! Biggest mistake coming here & the doc was supposed to be really famous?
