91It is one of the best hospitals in the country. As of now, they try to change certain systems.some works, and most don't. Be prepared to walk.as information centres are general and not specific.

God bless the people working here that are trying to do their very best under difficult and trying circumstances. But for us citizens, expect long hours of waiting in queue and delays in scheduled procedures. My 80 year old mother who is a pensioner was told she had to wait 5 months for an MRI. Took her to a private hospital to get it done on the same day. I worry for people who are in pain or are in critical condition but don't have the means to go to a private hospital.
I used to have faith in this hospital, but now I'd recommend placing your trust in the reviews. If it's within your means, consider opting for a private hospital, as life is invaluable.
First time doktor sidai patient kt bilik rawatan zon hijau ni. Td ade 2 doktor, 1 doktor pakar die dh ckp kt doktor biasa ni suruh settle. Ntah tbe doktor biasa ni dia tinggalkan rizal pegi mana 1 xtau. Jarum kt lengan still ade. Kalau tak memang dah kami dah balik dah. Sblm tu deme dh sidai kami 4jam lebih utk tgu result sje. Ni ha PPUM. Die buat mcm kmi bayar rm1. Dri pukul 9pm sampai 6am. Masa dia tinggal kami, igt dia pegi settle patient lain, rupanye die boleh relaks kat bilik rawatan tutp langsir. Mgkin die tgh baring atau rehat, atleast inform kmi dh boleh discharge tp takde.

Servis rawatan sangat lembap. Tunggu 3 jam untuk terima rawatan. They told me my case bukan kecemasan. End up terpaksa pergi klinik lain sebab tak tahan sakit.

Parking system not managed well, although it's full no control at entrance. Cars are stuck inside searching parking. And the charges are expensive.who wants to spend time here. Rm1.00 for 30min.
10 am sampai hospital siap check up semua 2pm, lepas tu tunggu doktor sampai 7pm pun belum datang, lagi tak ada ward untuk patient, kena tidur di tempat emergency, ini boleh faham tapi nurse semua macam dekat buat party bising, orang tak yah tidur ke
Most stupidest payment system implemented with untrainned staff nurse on misguiding patient on payment. Whole entire menara ibu dan kanak kanak has only 1 payment kiosk and its out of service. Have to walk all the way to menara utama to pay. Then come to ward nurse telling mother n baby different mrn. Pls pay at kiosk. Then walk to kiosk no payment details. Walk back to ward nurse telling need to go to emergency. Then came to emergency to pay, took me 3 hours for 20 numbers because no proper numbering system. Such big reputed hospital with stupid management system. Hospital should send their stafd for patient waiting time course. Total 5 hours for stupid discharge matter. Hospital Tunku ampuan rahimah handle the system well and better than u guys. I dont even know why got kiosk payment inbetween since have to setle payment in kaunter.
Not thoughtful and inconsiderate ICW ward. I suggested to them to prepare some chairs for elderly who came and visited the family member in ward. I said to give feedback to the management. The nurse or reception can say the chairs are opposite and the door is always closed. Most probably my suggestion will not bring it up to the management. Only one visitor is allowed at a time. Sometime they are not strict and sometime they are. Weird la. 2 family members are also not allowed. Paying parking and no time to visit.
Worst hospital I have ever been. I came for my eye check up at 9am waited till almost 3pm to see the doctor and the doctor said he missed my mum's number. Wasted 6 hours in in this lousy hospital. Really poor service and damn slow can't even think about old patients that need to take their medicine on time. Worst class hospital
Yesterday, 25 April 2023 I went to Unit Endoscopy for a scope. I would like to thank the nurses (about 5-6 nurses) who assisted Dr. Ho Shiaw Hooi. I was so fascinated with their hospitality. All the nurses was so friendly and so helpful and so caring. Thumbs up nurses. Thank you all the nurses and also Dr. Ho Shiaw Hooi for his explanation and caring. God bless.
Ummc use medical officers with insufficient knowledge and qualifications in the oncology department. Their knowledge of the disease is extremely poor, until they can make irrational or even wrong decisions, which lead to the deterioration of the disease, and they don’t even need to bear any responsibility for ethical and professional codes. They don't even know that patients with obvious symptoms should not delay treatment, and they don't make proper follow-up courses of treatment. They can ignore the consequences of making a wrong decision and then pass the blame on to the patient. They didn't know how to use a stethoscope, until doctors from other hospitals checked to find out the reason. It is obvious that the doctors are negligent. It is expected that they will be prosecuted in the future and will be given reasonable punishment by God or the judiciary. Ummc is using students in the emergency department to install certain devices on patients, under the supervision of medical personnel in deep blue suits but ironically those so called medical students and officer can still seriously injuring the patient, causing excruciating pain and bleeding. The medical staff of the emergency department can still look relaxed. When the blood was pouring and the nurse was called, she turned around and went away. When the chubby male medical officer wearing glasses told the unveiled female medical officer who supervised the medical students placing the equipment on the patients stated that the injuries were caused by the medical students who served with her, this chubby Malay medical officer laugh, what an ignorant, childish and embarrassing behavior. The so called medical officers and medical students in ummc government hospitals have injured patients, you will have to pay a heavy price for your irresponsible behavior. Shame on you.
Pada sesiapa yg nak dapatkan rawatan kat sini sila fikir balik, Sebaiknya pegi klinik swasta yg terdekat saja. Kos rawatan kat sini sgt mahal servis teruk dgn masa menunggu 6/7jam.kesian sgt tengok pesakit dgn penjaga pesakit sangat buang masa.
Kudos & thanks to out patient doctor, room no8, Puan Nor Azizah for managed to detect & diagnosed my parent that need direct emergency treatment.

Call Gynae klinik banyak kali langsung tak angkat, tak reti nak angkat phone ke macam mana ya? Susah la kalau macamni saya ni kerja office hours nak tukar appointment je pun, takkan tak boleh nak angkat telefon pesakit adoi, minta la ambil tindak kan kalau begini
Call centre yg bekerja pada 2/1/23, perempuan. Kerja mcm tak ikhlas cakap dgn emosi. Kau ada masalah family ke masalah dgn laki kau ke tak payah kerja. Takpayah letak org mcm ni dkt frontline.
