Prima Nora

I have very mixed opinion about this place. Dr. Norah is a really skilled and experienced doctor who gave me great advice to improve my health. However, I always feel uncomfortable there even though I have already spent several Ks there.
Before seeing the dr, the receptionist told me "don't take too long! ". When I complained, I was told she was definitely talking to someone else and I misunderstood!
Another thing: there are always 2 assistants with Dr. Norah. The last time, I was telling the Dr.how worried I was of becoming pregnant and gaining more weight since I always struggle with weight gain and one nurse or pharmacist (not sure) snorted and started giggling at my question. As a pharmacist myself, I don't find this to be professional and I don't feel comfortable at all. And I always hear laughter after I leave the room, not sure exactly what is this. I have been to other gynae clinic in Malaysia and this does not happen.
Nb: I contacted the clinic about this and sent an email but no response.

Another thing is when u make a blood test, even though u pay a lot, u still have to make a consultation to get it. Why do I have to pay to get my blood test? You should give it to me straight away and it is up to me to see if I want a consultation or not.

I’ve been going to PrimaNora over the last one year and a bit, and have had a great experience throughout. Dr Nora is thorough and helpful. She’s always willing to answer all of my questions no matter how silly. The whole team at the clinic are amazing. Super friendly, super helpful and so so kind. Definitely worth it coming here

Such a great services that i have been experienced here. Feel very satisfied after consult with the doctor and i can see an improvement on my health now.

When I tried to get rid of an old IUCD at the Government Health Clinic, I was met with some resistance. Because of this, I asked the advice of some of my coworkers, and they suggested that I have the iucd removed at the PrimaNora Medical Center. I went to see Datuk Dr. Nor Ashikin, and she removed the IUCD from my body extremely quickly and painlessly. In fact, when she was performing the process, she discovered that I had an ovarian cyst, and she assisted me in obtaining additional treatment at the hospital. Thank you so much, Datuk Dr, for your assistance.

IVNT helpful in giving more energy, concentration and focus for my SPM exam. Increases my immunity and don’t get sick much.
The dr also advice taking q10, which is much better then drinking coffee. During stressful time my eczema flares up, and the Iv nutritional therapy very helpful and reducing my eczema.

Alhamdulillah. One of the best service and doctor. Staff with positive attitude and very attentive. Really appreciate it.

My daughter had her treatment at Primanora medical center and we would highly recommend treatment here as the doctor is very knowledgeable and staff are all very friendly and professional. The nurses are all soft spoken and caring while
Dato Dr Nora is a very good doctor and kind at heart. She gives maximum time to hear patient views and her clinical diagnosis is very sharp. During and after treatment, she will follow up with patients condition, which is a rare quality we see in doctors nowadays. Thank you and well done to Dato and team.

Have received treatment from Datuk Dr Nora since 2017. Her treatment and adviced have helped me to experience smooth premenopausal and menopausal symptoms. She has also educated me on how to optimally take care of my health particularly during the pandemic. Her recommendation to take multivitamin drips has effectively boost my bodyweight immunity system.

ABSOLUTELY BAD EXPERIENCE
I spent nearly RM6000 since August till November. According to Dr Nora I had few issue to fix. One of it is HYPOTHYROID. So she put me on Throid medication and every 3 weeks I have to go for blood test. Every 3 weeks she will review my blood test and prescribed what I needed.

On 7/11 I went for my usual bloodtest which cost me about Rm400. As usual I need to wait 2 days to review my report, how ever I received a call on 8/11 telling me that Dr Nora is on emergency leave. According to her staff Elaine Dr Nora Has reviewed my report and ask me to continue my usual dosage for my thyroid. I asked her When will Dr Nora be back? She answered Maybe Next week. To be honest i had not been feeling well for 2 weeks, so I thought why not wait till My report is out.

To my suprise they just BRUSH ME OFF. I was feeling horible. I had mood swings, jittery, imsonia, anxiety, panic attacks, palpitations. My symptoms seems to be getting worst. I felt helpless sad and depressed. And all They said to me was no one around to review my report. I asked her staff Elaine did Dr Nora really review my report? She answered Yes. I told Elaine I don't feel well. I don't think the medication is right for me. Again she said YES Dr Review my report before she went on emergency leave.

I told her staff about the symptoms can she help me to ask other Dr? She said unfortunately there is no one. I had to wait for Dr to be back after 10days.

I collected my report on 9 Nov and saw my TSH Level was too low and I decided to seek for 2nd opinion form another Endocrinologist. I was lucky that the Endocrinologist told me that I was OVERMEDICATED base on my blood test report from Dr NORA and Ask me to STOP IT IMMEDIATELY. I Was very upset with the treatment and services given by this place. Why do you need me to do blood test but no one to review my report to me. And I was informed that I SHOULD CONTINUE my usual medication. Which i should not.

Again on another day her staff Elaine call me to inform me that Dr Nora will be taking leave for another 10 days. So total its about 15days.

- I do not mind going back for follow up 1 week 3 times for blood test and review, follow by collecting my medication.

- I do not mind if my appt is at 9.30 and it will be delayed as Dr stomp in later than my appt time.

- I do not mind spending my time and money if it involves my health

BUT

After spending nearly RM6k here just be OVERMEDICATED And being BRUSH OFF like a beggar who needs help.

Can you imagine after doing test and all they do is ask you to continue your usual medication without reviewing my report to me. And expect me to go back after nearly 2 weeks for review.

As a Professional health care is this how you treat your customer?

Please avoid this place if you want to save your money and time and your health.

I am a Diabetic patient undergoing Renal dialysis. The intravenous nutritional therapy (IVNT) gives me energy and reduce lethargy/tiredness. Overall, this treatment makes me feel good and more alive. I find the staff very invloved in the IV process and very caring and always making sure that I am comfortable.

This place has zero respect for people’s schedule. When you have an appointment, you wait for 2-3 hours. When you go on a weekend/ walk-in day, you’re told to come at 830am and have breakfast first, only to find out that the place opens at 9am, and the doctor will breeze in at 10, maybe 11. Customer experience = -10. Price is exorbitant. Dr Nora has terrible bedside manner. I’d describe it as a holier than thou, condescending style. I had questions that I became afraid to ask, that’s how she made me feel. KPJ’s gynie’s are much more professional and proficient. Worst of all, I spent >RM1k on a hormone profile more than 2 months ago and instead of proactively contacting me to share my results they comply wait for me to make an appointment. Results should be given to the customer immediately, I should not have to ask. Trying to take in more consultation fee no doubt

Myself on menopause with chronic pain. After taken Intravenous nutritional therapy (IVNT). I feel great & very much healthier.
Honestly, I am grateful for Dr Nora advice for hormone & vitamin.
Now I sleep much better, less anxious & more energy.

I’ve been with PrimaNora for the past 5/7 years. Thus far, everything is ok. The nurses & pharmacist are warm, friendly and act professionally. The treatments/ offerings are good. Except the supplements are far expensive from outside. No doubt with Datuk Dr Nora as well as Dr Mohini. Good luck!

I was recommended to Dr. Nora as I was looking for functional medicine. Unfortunately, she falls short of my expectations. Just because she has credentials in nutrition, it doesn’t mean she’s different to conventional practice. She takes offence almost too quickly when I asked a few questions or wanted alternative suggestion. She also couldn’t accept being questioned - took to insult that I’m not from medical field/no certification like she does so I can’t have known anything better than she does. She’s also quite obese when I last saw her, so it’s quite hard to take health and nutrition advice from her. Her accomplice, was also there to defend and gaslight/insult a patient who wants to just learn root cause and get answers. They are just a care provider, not gods but sadly, attitude is too prideful and egoistic. I have since found another integrative medicine centre.

Great experience with Dr Mohini. She takes her time on the consultation and make sure every question is answered clearly. The overall supplements and consultation cost is pretty reasonable.

Im happy to get know about this medical center. The staffs and the environment are very friendly and calm. Their service also good and pleasant. The doctor are very professional and easy to communicate too. Overall i had a very nice experience and solution for my health issue.

I had a very bad experience the first time I went to this clinic. I had a vaginismus issue and while inspecting (horrible experience), Dr. Nora even said IS THAT WHY YOUR HUSBAND LEFT YOU!? This is really intrusive, insensitive, very offensive and unprofessional as a medical professional to say such a thing. Getting into my private life and mixing into her medical treatment. Also the way that she explained to me my condition lack patience in doing so. Prescribing very expensive supplements whereby you can get a lot cheaper outside. She did not treat my condition at the end of the day.

Tidak sama seperti medical centre yg lain. Treatment is very personalised to each individual. Thank you so much for the superb service. I sent my parents here too for IVNT just to boost their immunity and overall wellbeing.

Very happy with the treatment, since meeting Dr nora my insulin improved, before this i needed to take insulin injection to control my insulin and blood sugar level event with the insulin injection my diabetes was poorly control. Now since I have been following datuk Nora my insulin my sugar has been control without using insulin medication, The most important in one month my weight reduce has reduce 7kg,
I am r early happy that I came here met datuk Nora follow her advice and sorted out my health
