Plan B (Mid Valley)

Told them clearly I’m getting the cakes for birthday party and no effort taken in separating the cake slices in separate boxes! It was a mess by the time I reached my destination! Highly disappointed!

Service is good. Restaurant waiter, Kaosar is friendly and helpful. Good wise is consider ok.

Went for lunch on 5th Jan, I do personally think that I will stick with my plan A.
Plan B is overrated with ridiculous pricing. This outlet ambient is mehhhh, the sofa looks like eaten and scratched by the hungry cats. With the prices you charged your customers, I think it's time for the owner to change the facilities and provide proper amenities on the table.
Study your menu and to place equipment as well as sides sauces as Tabasco sauce, the bottle of pepper grinder, and a ketchup without guest hving to wonder around and waived to the staff making ourselves looks silly.

We ordered RM36+ Peri Chicken (overly chargrilled dry) pathetic portions. Not so legendary with a bag of instant/frozen fries (unless it's house and homemade). Mind you that these item is their mains-ya. The Viet-rice with basil salad, sunny side up, chicken with sambal thingy, to which I can't recall the price, the only thing I remember I have to walk to the counter and asked for ketchup, blackpepper & a mayonaise. Taro Latte & Chai latte for 2 drinks cost us RM30+
Overall experience is the experience of disappointment. Thanks to the 1 male staff member who serves us and gives a bill with a smile. We usually left with a tip to every restaurant we went to. But no, this time, the overrated overall experience makes me think twice. So, we left and had our dinner 3 hours later.

Nahh, no more. Plan B needs to change plans.

Because the Indomie carbonara has nothing special about indomie but just normal carbonara which i felt really disappointed…
Nasi lemak is good with the ayam berempah
Soup is not recommended in my opinion (not bad but just i wont reorder as nothing special)

Garlic Mushroom Carbonara: Need improvement. To increase the amount of mushroom, and other ingredients such as onion. Otherwise, im paying for pasta and few piece of mushroom. Not worth. Taste was bland.

Aglio oglio: All carbs only. No protein, no vege. Paying for carbs.

Quinoa Kerabu was undercooked.

Needs lots of improvement in the menu and ingredients. Wont be planning to come back to try their food. Truly disappointed. Bens’ offered better selection with quality comparing with the price almost similar that I am paying.
Service needs improvement. Please smile more, it feels like I owe them to serve us. It just makes everything even bad.

We tried the pan mee impasta (a bit hot, maybe too hot for some people - be aware) and the grilled lemongrass chicken salad (nicely done, tasty). On previous occasions when we came a little too late, some menu items are not available so come early, especially for dinner. Price is a bit expensive, given the location.

One of the most dissapointing restaurant experiences.

Similar to other reviews, service is inadequate, food very mediocre at the most and the menu very overpriced. Plenty of cheaper and delicous alternatives nearby.

I ordered eggs and the Turkish ciabatta. The eggs were runny, very watery and cold. I had also specifically repeatedly requested the bread not be toasted (due to recovering from a dental condition) yet they arrived hard and brown. I hardly took a mouthful before returning the dish.

In addition, my companion ordered salmon, which turned out to be very undercooked and they could hardly complete their meal.

We not so much as received an apology let alone a refund. I don't wish to be provided a response here with an attempt at an apology and a promise of a followup. Our experience was unacceptable and it should have been addressed straight away.

Good selection of food. I love my Caesar salad with grilled chicken. We also had the breakfast dish called Good morning Sunshine, which was excellent and tasty. Big serve of food. The coffee ️ is good as well.

Just the only problem is that their ordering system is a bit complex and time consuming. It’s more faster to get a proper menu than looking and paying right away on the phone

New year's eve dinner was ruined. Service was bad. 9.20pm they started to clear tables, took away unfinished food. Start sweeping and mopping the floor while customers still dining.strong scent of floor cleaner. What's the rush? They are suppose to close at 10pm.

Nice atmosphere, food quality is above average.the messy Scanning QR code to order and "pay in advance" upon submitting order is definite first in town, felt humiliating as though as Malaysian are those who eat then flee and not paying.
If you want customer to self serving to cut your manpower cost, why charge us service tax?

Nice place to catch up with friends. Staff were friendly. Food was great — only downside I would say is the pathetic few leaves that were supposed to be a salad with the Godfather burger Iced latte was meh. Would revisit to try other items on the menu (P. S.they all had very interesting names)

My second time trying Plan B, the first time was in Ipoh.
The service was fast and food was good. But maybe the bonito fries is too salty for me.

Went to Plan B to celebrate my birthday. We ordered the buttermilk pasta with chicken and creamy garlic mushroom pasta. Overall the ambiance is ok and the staffs are okay. The creamy mushroom pasta is not as fulfilling as the salted egg pasta. The chicken is crispy and good however there are a few whole black peppers in my pasta thts not crushed yet.and this meal left me feeling very thirsty lol. I attached the menu for reference.

Place is good, the food is great.
The only downside is that service is slow. Perhaps it was a bad day but our drinks took a while to be delivered to us.

We ordered angmo indomie pasta& kamheong pasta. KamHeong pasta was good. However, angmo indomie is disappointing. The gravy was watery, not thick & creamy like the one i always ordered at Plan B Publika. We were rushing thus unable to request for the dish to be reviewed.

Unpleasant customer service and subpar food quality for the exorbitant price that they charge.ordered pasta that comes with onsen egg, but i made a remark that she said, in a very rude tone of voice, “cannot do that, it already comes with the onsen egg. ”

okay…for RM38, the pasta was insanely bland, watery, and I can’t even customize the egg that it comes with. At the very least, say it nicely. And perhaps offer some alternative, dont simply say “no, cannot do that. ”

I dunno, I think the customer service is pretty poor.

Hi, Today I have Lunch with my Company colleagues number of 9 Pax. I had Reservation 1 Week Before and the person attended was Ms. Patricia. Very Friendly and When we reach at the Restaurant She Immediately Start to server all the Food by that Ordered Earlier without any delay and constantly Monitoring us from the end and she even server the food to my colleague by calling their names which she printed and prepared earlier to was very professional and friendly. Truly A wonderful Service given my Ms Patricia we are really Satisfied With the Food and the Friendly Staff and also Thanks to Another Girl how help us with taking Pictures for us. Thanks

Drinking water cup came with water dripping, reason being.just washed.
