I’ve been admitted here due to high intensive pain. After some check ups, the doctor found out some fractures in my rib cage. The doctor was so nice and super friendly. I really liked the hospital, receptionists, nurses, doctors and all the services they provide.

Went for Pantai cheras for body check with my colleague today. Health Screening Department nurse not too friendly communicate with my colleague, It’s a Malay single eyelid ladies and didn’t show her name tag so cannot get her name, no manners with raise the volume and treat unkindly to my colleague and all the customers! Let me feel very disappointed to my first time visit experience! Btw a indian guys wearing spec to get my blood test also not respect me as a client and ask me going back to my previous hospital just only i m asking isit painful or not cause last week i get my blood test too but no feeling

I delivery 2 kids here 2013 and 2016. After many years passed, I visit doctor here again. The hospital is renovating but we still can see emergency zone ceiling leaking water mark. Dr Ang (heard he is from UM) he provide calm and professional service. He can speak well English, Mandarin, Bahasa and Hokkien too. He is from Penang. After checking and explained from Dr Ang, I confirm need do appendectomy surgery. He arrange Dr Teoh Choon Meng with a short period. I'm lucky to meet 2 doctors are good to me. Dr Teoh Choon Meng explained to me about the surgery progress. He cares about patients, visit me after surgery. Pay visit again twice on early morning Sunday and evening as well. Long time no stay at Pantai Hospital Cheras, Please would like me to complain hospital facilities. Lift reno and Lobby is ok Emergency zone waiting is not welcome. Not enough room reason, I stayed at 4 people room 1015D. The room facilities is not complete. No shower curtain (Not dare to use, worry make floor wet, affected to next user fell down), window blind not in a piece (not dare change cloth, need go to toilet change), Pipe can listen flush water when upper floor using, window no sound proof, can listen baby cry sound, water taip leaking water, hot water no function, exhaust no function. Tv remove control problem ON and OFF, rubbish bin no soft close & small, the cleaner need throw rubbish many times and noise. 3 meals also not tasty and paper box (After surgery how to throw myself Alamak), I order porridge vegetarian, nasi pidang fish, english breakfast. Please bring your own food to there if admit.
Can't believed the hospital facilities there worst until nowadays. Looks like improvement on Public area zone only.

The most lucky is, the nurse and doctors are good.

I am currently a patient in this hospital, I am experiencing immense stress, frustration, and disappointment due to the hospital's management's decision to approve renovation work, even on a Sunday. What adds to my concern is the fact that the wing undergoing renovation has not been fully closed off, leading to excessive noise pollution and the presence of harmful dust particles. This not only disturbs the patients, who are already ill, but also poses a risk to their health and recovery process. It is essential for the management to prioritize the safety and well-being of their patients, doctors, nurses, and staff. By not taking appropriate measures to minimize disruptions caused by the ongoing renovations, they are putting everyone at risk.
Moreover, the lack of communication regarding the upcoming renovation work from the registering staff is concerning. Patients deserve to be informed about any potential disruptions or changes in the hospital environment. In light of these issues, I strongly urge the management to reassess their approach. It is crucial that they take immediate action to ensure the comfort, safety, and overall well-being of individuals within the hospital.

I waited from morning until night, with the needle inserted in my hand, and it turned out that my mother’s blood type was very low and there was no stock! ! ! !
Surgery is very dangerous and you need to be transferred to a hospital! ! ! !
Why didn't you find a blood source earlier if you knew you had an appointment for a blood transfusion?
Do you have to come and look for it on the same day? !

Sincere thanks to Dr. Kuna Seelan, sis Maha and all staff of Pantai Cheras for taking care of my well being whilst admitted in pantai cheras. Dr. Kuna is humble and kind on each patients.

Please don't come their emergency department. Almost one hour, we still waiting for them, and today is Sunday, not many people, still have to wait for long time! When you want to pay for your payment, have to wait again! They really do think patient already not feeling well, but can wait for them. Seriously!

I'm having a wonderful delivery experience with Dr eee, he is a nice and caring doctor. Midwife and nurse here are friendly and helpful, they give me a lot of support during delivery process. Room is comfortable and my baby is taking well.

On check up before maternity and delivery with Dr Ida Lilywaty. Dr Ida really help in explaining on my health condition and which treatment that suits me well. Really comfortable with the nurses and hospitality at Pantai Cheras. Definitely recommended Dr Ida and Pantai Cheras for others who is looking for an option. Thanks Dr Ida, nurses and all.

Friendly staff no mater is cleaner, nurse until doctor, they are very helping and they always fullfill patient needs. The environment quite good and I understand the limitations if want to compare with others. For now, I’m already satisfied.

Dr. Intiaz, a very caring doctor and takes a lot of initiatove in his work. As a patient, I feel that I was being cared for.

Had my Pilonidal Sinus Surgery performed by Dr Imtiaz yesterday. Happy with the pre and post surgery. Dr Imitiaz is very profesional, knowledgeable, and all necessary information pre and post surgery is well explained. Highly recommended General Surgeon.

I have a great experience with the assist of Dr. Ida Lilywati. She's very patient in explaining procedures and guides throughout the process. Plus she are super nice.

Taken x ray and waited nearly 40 minutes for xray report despite only one ppl (not patient) sitting at the waiting area at imaging department. I have no idea what are we waiting for? I can understand if is a busy day, but is quite empty cos is near to closing hour. Counter lady very polite assuring us but did not give any reason for the delay
