A very bad experience to buying a property from lake city. Big developer appointed a lousy agency and the agent. The agent "promise" able to full refund if to decide not purchase no matter how or any reason while to make booking. After mco I decide to cancel it in may but I received refund in sept without full refund. The agent no reply msg even answer my call. After I calling up to developer stuff, they said nothing to with they, all you need to do find the agent. What is this! This is ridiculous how to treat a buyer like this, it is irresponsible developer.
I made a refund in October 2019 and they have been demanding for repeated documents.have yet receive my refund until today (5months). Great company with no proper policy and procedures in place, good luck to people who bought the apartment.
Worst developer in kl.i prebooked and lake city sold my unit on lauching date. My friend prebooked and get the unit without being present. Decide to apply for refund, no one takes ownership. Beware of this developer, cannot refund a 2k prebooking fees more than 2months dont expect they can build a proper home in 3 years. Johor is the best example. More like lake shity. And beware of sales rep Jerry, does not take ownership of refund or picks up your call despite consistent follow up. Please avoid this developer, they are not sincere
