Untuk buka buku pink boleh walkin sahaja ke KKKL.diorang akan kira berapa minggu dah hamil dan akan bg tarikh appoinment.kalau hamil dah besar diorang akan bg dlm masa beberapa hari.kalau masih baru hamil mcm 6 minggu masih awal.baby pun belum ada degup jantung.diorang akan tunggu 10 minggu. (tarikh appoinment kena tunggu sebulan). Sy explain sbb ada review cakap booking appoinment kena tunggu sebulan lamanya which is banyak yang salah faham.mcm saya dah hamil besar. 12 minggu.pegi booking appoinment.besok tu dah dpt tarikh terus pegi.sbb baby dlm perut dah besar dah jelas nampak.

Staff kaunter yg bagi nombor kalau boleh ambil la yg muda2.yg cekap.no bagi sekali 2 nombor pon dah kelam kabit.suruh bagi satu2 nombor dia dah keliru. 2 nombor pun dah keliru.nk marah2 pulak tu.dah berumur xpyh keje front desk.keje blkg tabir je

Kerja laju, tp suruh call untuk buat appointment sy try call 3 hari smpai ke sudah xda dijawab.

Terrible experience, mandatory to make appoinment FIRST before seek for doctor consultation. How do i know when will i get sick? They are expecting me to receive a memo before I get sick. Straight away reject me for seeing doctor. Come on larrr, does it even logic and practical to know when I will get sick?

Gerak kerja yang pantas dan efisien. Saya booking appointment sebelum datang di MySejahtera.
Staf, nurse dan doktor yang ramah dan sangat membantu.
Dapat rawatan dlm masa yg kejap. Masa menunggu tidak lama kalau ada booking MySejahtera.

Went to klinik pergigian this morning, just to have dental check up for me and 4 years boy. The process was very smooth and very efficient starting from registration until the procedure finished. The dentist and PPP (room 5) was so kind and the treatment totally painless. Kiddos to the team. Keep it up the good work,

Perkhidmatan memang mudah dan baik. Cuma layanan dari sorg doktor lelaki bernama darly chua xmemuaskan. Layanan dari doktor tu sangat sombong dan xada adab. Cakap dengan pesakit pun xnk pandang muka. Minta MC pun xbagi, katenya saya boleh pergi kerja macam biasa selepas mkn ubat yg dia bagi. Saya allergic dri pkl 3 pagi sampai bngkak muka dan badan blh prgi krja mcm mna? Last2 tukar doktor lain.nasib baik dktor yang lain ok. Dktr ke 2 perempuan india. Sangat memuaskan.dktr india bagi ubat cucuk terus ok. Rasenya xbgi mc pn xpe.

System dah teratur environment dah okay tpi staff semua rude, awal2 masuk je kena tengking dari jauh sbb terlupa pakai mask, bole je cakap elok2. Register kaunter punya staff acuh tak acuh layan plus farmasi ubat punya staff pun sangat rude ye! Not deserve for any star!

Pesakit tinggal 2 3 orang je lagi, mengelupor nak rehat, masuk tak sharp pulak tu, gaji nak, mantap kk kl.punca xde org pantau, gitu lah jadinya.

No tel yg ada call padah susah nk angkt. Dah ada satu je no tel. Nk berurusan susah btul nk angkt

Klinik pergigian terletak di tingkat 2. Klinik pergigian akan buka pada 8.00 pagi. Disarankan datang awal pada atau sebelum jam 7.30 Pagi. Saya datang dalam jam 7.45 pagi, parking masih banyak kosong masa tu. Masa sampai tingkat 2, boleh terus ambil kad warna kuning (Walk-In) dan Pink (Appoinment) *Kalau tak silap warna. Kalau kad sudah habis, boleh je terus beratur untuk ambil nombor giliran dekat kaunter tapi siapa dapat kad tu akan beratur di barisan awal. Untuk makluman, walk-in cuma waktu pagi dan ketika ini tidak perlu buat appoinment melalui BookDoc. Jangan lupa bawa dokumen pengenalan dan pembayaran adalah cashless (Kad debit, kad credit, etc). Secara keseluruhan, perkhidmatan klinik pergigian di KKKL nie okay dan dentist yang saya jumpa tu pun baik. Kos scalling yang dikenakan adalah RM2 dan kos pendaftaran adalah RM1. Recommended.

Need to have adequate notice (in Google/at the front gate wtc) that it is compulsory to book appointment at BookDoc before coming.
I’ve only know about it once I’m at the lobby door.

Hope this will be improved as not everyone is aware of the changes and the correct procedure. And it might hassle those who already took leave to come to the clinic. The way it almost felt like coming to klinik pakar (with strict appointments) for me is a bit unfriendly considering this is the clinic everyone goes if they have any range of problems/sickness.

This clinic is known as KKKL and is the biggest government klinik in Malaysia. KKKL is able to accomodate customers up to 3500 people a day. KKKL is an eco friendly government building.

This clinic uses Teleprimary Care System to store patient information. There are 4 other clinics in Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya which use this system. The system enables the patient information can be shared and seen within these clinics.

During the post MCO period customers are advised to get appointment by phone, email or online appointment system. It is not recommended to come in person to the clinic without an appointment except for cases Emergency.

Opening hours: 8 am to 10 pm (Monday to Friday)

Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.

Currently the clinic has facilities to screen for Covid 19.

Note: Not all of the services are offered after 5 pm.

Did not pick the call and dont have any information how to book appoitment For pregnancy instead of coming to the clinic which waste time just to book appoitment

Nice environment but you have terrible entrance duty DOCTOR and rude register COUNTER STAFF!
A duty DOCTOR stand at entrance say
- sini ambik patients AIR PANAS SAMPAI TITIWANGSA SAJA, you pergi gombak atau Sri rampai and he continued looking at the phone.
When I go Sri Rampai, doctor say you can go TITIWANGSA and your address area also cover by Titiwangsa.
A patient without any medication because of this type HUMAN!

In the morning, the parking is packed and I had to parked right outside by the entrance. During my mid afternoon visits, there was available parking again.

Most staff and helpful, professional and good attitude (except for one doctor).

There is a closer government clinic nearby my place but I prefer this one as it's much neater and cleaner than most i've been to.

Be mindful when choosing your appointment as it's located in the city and you don't want to be stuck in traffic during rush hours.

My Personal Experience:
During my first visit, I was taken aback that to meet a Doctor you would need to book an appointment. By the time I got there (afternoon), all the slots for the day were booked so I had to book for another day instead.

During my second time there after an appointment is made, all was well expect the Doctor that attended to me didn't feel welcoming but the rest of the staff was helpful and much cheerful than him.

My recent was pleasant as well although due to the lack of attention from the Doctor resulted in me spending more time there for an x-ray which should have been done the first time.

Dentist sangat elok perangai. Seperti biasa, staff bawahan yang perangai berlagak gila. Angkuh, hanya kerana salah kaunter, Fatin (jaga kaunter darah, pakai contact lens grey) pada pukul 3.00-3.30, dia terus sound "xreti baca ke? ! " Dengan nada sinis. Perangai mcm ni, x payah kerja yg berurusan dengan manusia. Jaga zoo lagi elok.
