I attend this clinic for dental checkup, scalling and wisdom tooth extraction. Staff is friendly, great doctor, clean environment, excellent service. A big thanks to Dr Hanis and her asst from Dept Pergigian. Wish that I could give you more stars and rate

Bnyk KK dah pergi as I jenis selalu sakit.i can say KK Cheras is the top 3 in my list.hospitality top notch.mesra.laju.dr pun baikk. Dr bukan check ada kesungguhan walaupun i ckp i just demam panas. Dr concern tenang MC/rest hours.i as pesakit tak perlu tebal muka mintak MC mcm sesetengah klinik lain.parking banyak and jalan parking besar.if orang double park pun masih boleh lalu dengan selamat.kanteen dia sedappp and murah.harap sngt kemesraan mereka boleh dikekalkan dan takde staff luar kena pindah and bawak toxic environment.

Nak dtg check gigi pun susah, tak ambik appointment cerita hari ni cuti Selangor la. Jadi ramai penduduk Selangor dtg sini. Kalau Penduduk Selangor Minta diorang balik Selangor. Penduduk sini pulak tak dpt rawatan.

Busy clinic, have to wait a long time because there are many patients.good management system.front counter service ok.the price is very cheap and can help people with low income.

Terpaksa tulis review di sini, saya rasa doktor yg saya consult sangat teruk dan kurang professional dalam uruskan masalah yg saya hadapi. Semalam 30/11/23, bilik 1 doktor lelaki melayu.
Saya mengalami sakit perut on/off yg sentiasa tiba-tiba datang sakit sangat-sangat kuat sudah sebanyak 4 hari. Lepas tu, doktor minta saya baring kat situ, dia tekan-tekan perut saya dan semak. Lepas tu, balik duduk doktor tanya saya ada penyakit gastrik, kolesterol, cirit-birit, darah tinggi, allergy semua tu tak. Saya cakap tak ada.

Doktor cakap berkemungkinan adalah gastrik. Doktor cakap kamu tak ada keadaan seperti cirit birit, muntah semua tu. Pada masa yg sama, doktor juga cakap perut ini banyak berkemungkinan masalah, susah untuk tentukan. Terus, doktor tulis prescription ubat kapur (magnesium trisilicate) bagi saya. Kata balik rumah makan dulu. Terus macam nak push saya keluar dari bilik.

Saya ada tegaskan dengan doktor, saya betul-betul sakit sangat-sangat kuat. Mungkin doktor nampak saya ok je, ingat saya sakit perut biasa sahaja. Layan saya begitu. Saya amat tidak berpuas hati.
Lepas tu, doktor cakap makan ubat kapur dulu, kalau x dengar silap, doktor kata tak ok lepas 2 minggu datang lagi? Apa ni? Kalau perut saya masih sakit sangat-sangat kuat. Saya kena tunggu 2 minggu lagi baru datang balik ke? Tak pandai cakap tak perlu cakap macam tu. Tak ada common sense langsung. Kamu boleh cakap je kalau lepas makan ubat tak ok datang lagi tengok sahaja.

Kali pertama datang kk ni ok je, doktor pun profesional uruskan masalah saya
. Ini kali kedua datang, doktor tak profesional langsung terlalu cincai.

Jangan selalu sesuka hati tentukan sakit perut tu sebagai gastrik. Disebabkan doktor beginilah, banyak pesakit disalah diagonosis. Doktor juga cakap sakit perut banyak berkemungkinan? Kenapa dgn keadaan saya ini tak boleh beri perhatian? Tak boleh pertimbangkan samaada kemungkinan kes serius ke? Just simple cakap gastrik je? Sebab saya punya sakit pun datang secara tiba-tiba on/off, dan dlm 1 hari tu sakit banyak kali, sudah 4 hari, tak cukup serius ke? Nak saya sakit sampai 2 minggu, 3 minggu? Baru doktor nak pantau serius ke?

Kalau tak pandai atau keadaan doctor sendiri pun x tentu, refer je lah pergi hospital sana untuk mereka check. Jangan macam ni, melengahkan pesakit untuk terima rawatan dengan secerpat mungkin.

Update sikit: akhirnya sakit sudah sampai seminggu lebih, saya tak mahu tunggu lagi terus pergi hospital kerajaan check. Doctor hospital memang bagus, check semua untuk pastikan seperti xray, ultrasound, urine, darah. Kalau ada keperluan, pun akan minta doktor pakar datang tengok untuk pastikan keadaan.

Cuma nak cakap di sini, tolong bertanggungjawab sikit terhadap semua pesakit yg datang. Semak betul-betul.

Whenever the Ministry of Health (nurse) goes to each school to conduct physical examinations for students, all students with symptoms will be arranged here, (see the student residence area (depending on the situation), in addition to helping countless students solve general health and disease problems. Its equipment is more complete than ordinary government clinics. And the service efficiency is very fast, and any laboratory report can be obtained quickly. Here The doctors and nurses at the clinic are very friendly and very patient in helping parents who have questions. Not far from this clinic is the National University Hospital (HUKM). There are ample parking spaces. It is not far outside the clinic gate. There is a bus stop everywhere. The transportation is very convenient.

Saya pergi Klinik Ibu dan anak untuk anak saya suntikan Pneumococal yang lahir tahun 2018/2019, Klinik ini memberikan SERVIS TERBAIK, misi peramah, mudah dan pantas.

Pleasant experience overall. Went on a Friday around 10am, a few vacant parking available. The nurses are very helpful as well.

Monday is crowded. Every morning hard to park too. Better take taxi/ehailing to come here. Everything is here. Opd. Blood lab. Mother's n baby clinic. X ray. Dentist clinic. Tuberculosis clinic. Emergency

All my 3 kids got vaccinated there since they were born until now the nurses at Klinik anak & Ibu especially very kind and sweet definitely my choice of getting my kids there for a check up

A very busy health clinic located in Taman Tun Razak. Hundreds of patients were attended daily.

Finding a parking bay is definitely a very challenging task. Either you are there super early or during lunch breaks. Some patients resorted to parking along the road outside but those who are inconsiderate enough to park too close to the entrance (hence obstructing vehicles entering/leaving the premises and posing a safety hazard) have been issued traffic summons by the authorities.

Adjoining the clinic is the canteen catering mostly for staff and visitors. Since there are no wards for patients, most of them tend to leave after consultations. The food here is quite delicious and pricing reasonable. A plate of rice with fried tongsat fish (ikan keli) is priced at RM7.50. Additional portion of beef is another RM5.00. Kopi C is RM2.50 but the brew would be much better is served real steaming hot. The lady boss is very friendly and lively.

1 stop centre pemeriksaan kesihatan, setingkat (GF+ Tingkat 1). Pemeriksaan Kanak-kanak & Ibu & bayi, pemeriksaan gigi, pemeriksaan kesihatan, ujian darah. Parkir macam biasa klinik atau hospital di Malaysia ni mereka tak reti nak buat parking bertingkat. Dah tahu confirm akan sesak, menyusahkan. Klinik & hospital kerajaan hanya di kenakan bayaran RM1-RM3. Waktu puncak ramai sebelah pagi sampai tengahari. Orang kaya pun datang sini. Bas Rapid KL. & Go KL ada lalu sini ada bus stop di luar. Ada cafe di bawah sementara menunggu giliran

Asked the guards and nurse if I need to make an appointment to be here, they told me to queue in front of the door, I waited 45minutes and when the clinic starts operating, they tell me I need to queue all the way behind 30 people just to ask "if I need an appointment to visit a doctor"

If you change the SOP to the clinic, please provide your SOP. Your website to make apppointment is down and could not even register.

I am confused, clinic set appoinment, I came a bit early, the staffs said since its early, (just by 40 minutes) and they delay me until after appoinment time, and keep waiting for the appoinment room which is not busy, but keep delaying. Why? This has never happened before, just this time the staff "just" delay it. Not just me, there are others as well that been delayed like me. Sadly, more elderly people being delayed.

Ada kafe makanan yang sedap, tandas bersih, surau dan ruangan menunggu yang selesa.

Sekiranya parking penuh, elok parking diluar klinik.

Kawasan berhampiran sekolah, hukm, stadium kl, taman tasik, hotel, restoran.

Kawasan bandar tun razak, cheras, bandar tasik permaisuri, taman tenaga.

Hargainya murah daripada yang lain.

Jumlah RM 3 sahaja. Amat murah berbanding kos lain lebih RM 100.

Waktu baik untuk rawatan, hadir jam 8 pagi.

Terutama rawatan Gigi mendapat nombornya amat terhad kerana sampai tengah hari sahaja. Kadang jam 9 am sudah habis nombor.

My first time receiving treatment here. By today's visit, I'm satisfied with the overall processes but the registering counter should inform the first-timer visitor to return the health report card once filled in personal particular.

It is very comfortable to get my treatment here. I cannot complain a lot if l want to get a fast treatment as l know this clinic is always full of patiemts from all walk of life. The clinic is very stratègic and safe. If I come early morning l migjt get treated faster as not many patients are here yet. But after 8.00am l come here, there will be many patients, so l cannot blame if l am treated late. I used to come at 1.30pm to get my number and the queue is not that long. So I must be smart to choose my time to get treated faster. Those who complain a lot find your best time to be here and get treated promptly.
