Kiara Medical Centre

Doctor lack communication skills, went there for an influenza test, made his nurses preform the test while he sat behind. I also once saw this guy handle a situation badly where his customer had fallen down in front of his shop. He lack urgency to aid the women and his staff came late with a wheelchair. He acted unbothered by the whole situation. In my opinion I wouldn’t bring anyone I love to this guy.

I came for 2nd booster shot with my parents. Whole staff is very friendly and nice. The process of getting booster shot was also quick and smooth. We didnt even had to wait for our turn.

I made an booster appointment for my mum on 13 apr, 3-4pm. However I went at 11am and they told me the vaccinations cannot be done as booster vaccine can be last for 6 hours so they have to set the certain timing for all the booster taker.

Then I have no choice but to cancel it and rescheduled again. I asked if I can reschedule it over the counter instead of mysejahtera. They said must go through mysejahtera to make the appointment. I cancelled it and rebooked again. I then managed book on 14 apr, 2-3pm. I showed them and reconfirm if I must come between 2-3pm. They said yes. There were 4 staff over the counter. Then I left the clinic.

On 14 apr, we went the clinic at 215pm. The clinic seems opens but the iron gate was half closed. Then there was a staff came out to inform me that all the staff is having meeting upstairs and asked us to wait outside until 3pm.

I tried to call the clinic number but nobody pick up however I managed to reach one of the mobile number that I associated with as my dad done the booster in the clinic before.

I called and they said they do not have the vaccines today and asked me to come again next week. They mentioned I shouldn’t believe mysejahtera booking. The problem is i made the appt on mysejahtera when I was in your clinic and you told me to come again the next day. But then when I was there today, you told me there were no vaccines available today. I was standing in front in the clinic for 20mins and no one actually come to attend me face to face. They only talked to me over the phone. Seem like they really very busy having their meeting upstairs.

This is ridiculous and unacceptable. If I wasn’t making the appointment (through mysejahtera) in the your clinic. I won’t be so upset and disappointed today. You May Blame the mysejahtera apps is not competitive enough and etc.but I was in your clinic to make the appointment and I even reconfirmed the timing with your staff.

How could you just tell me you do not have the available vaccines. And Since you have already kne the mysejahtera is not up to date and inaccurate, why dont you take appointment over the counter but asked me to make the appointment through mysejahtera.

This is really so upsetting and wasting my time. I made kinda a big fuss and I did received a call from them after that, they claimed that their staff are heading to KKM to get the vaccine and asked me to back at 4pm again.

However, I managed to call another clinic and I just walked in to get the booster done for my mum ady. I’m not going back this clinic again. This is totally a really bad experience to me.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. People working there were extremely rude and unfriendly. Very unprofessional. Took an RTK- ART test there and the service was appalling. Don’t visit if you want to be treated like a decent human being. They do not care about your wellbeing at all. Disgusting.

Personally been to this clinic for my vaccination. Had a very good experience, the flow is very smooth. I brought 4 friends to this clinic as well, all positive feedback.

Had a great experience as a first timer there.staff & Dr were all friendly. Great medical office.

The doctor is very helpful and kind-hearted to the patient. Very nice staff and very professional.

Went 5/6 times, Doc and nurse are super friendly and kindly. Good facilities good service with polite nurses.

Done my detail scan and growth scan for my baby here. Good service and explanation by sonographer Queenie. Appointment is required for the scan and it started on time.

Old clinic n run like old place.can u imagine all d insurance p&c question n read it loud loud at reception desk ask me answer.every1 oso know my whole family history d. KNS!

dr read diagnosis like bored with his job.want talk many other things.i think he is WEIRD.be careful.

I had to cancel my 3rd dose booster vaccines appt at a ppv in bkt jalil via my sejahtera due to a busy work. Called the Kiara Medical Centre to arrange a booster appt and Agnus was very helpful in explaining to me what I should do next to ensure I get my 3rd dose. Relieved, humanity restored!

This clinic only assist u if newly do the test for covid.after that if u call thru landline also no answer which is impossible nobody can hear the phone ringing.after I did my second test while home quarantine my result was ok rdy so I tried to call them what next step must do.but nobody replying my msg and call.poor service!

Had to bring my mom here for a blood test. The nurse doing the blood collection was a bit rushed and did not do a good job with the blood collection. My mom's arm/skin is bruised and has been very pain the day after.

Hope the medical staff will be more gentle to others.

Worst clinic ever.

NO ONE picks up the landline and emergency number, even if there’s this Chinese woman at the reception. She totally ignores it.
Also, their “meeting” is their lunch break because I can smell food from them and they come back to the clinic with outside food & drink.
The doctor is late.

NOTHING STARTS ON TIME. I swear there’s no point in making an appointment.

Appointment made in advance in order to avoid long wait as I have a weakened immune system, made to wait for 30Mins and when trying to check if the wait would be any longer was told to either come back or wait for another 45mins. Horrible service

I came because of all the good reviews and was disappointed, nurses are nice and doctor seems attentive and always stand outside to check on patients flow but when i had my consultation, they leave the door open. Doctor asked me to wait at the waiting area and ask me back in while they have another consultation just done also with door open, it feels very chaotic and lack of privacy.
I came back for urgent covid test second time as i only knew they provided it here with a obvious tent stand outside. They pushed me to do both rpk and prc and charged RM450! Totally different from what the price said in their own price list (even the price indicates are way higher than standard price) and when I ask about the reason the price differences they told it’s public holiday, the lab close so higher request price. What?
Overall, it’s good and bad. I’m still skeptic

I've been to many different clinics but Kiara Medical Centre is by far the best! The staff are helpful and the doctor is amazing! Doctor Sanjay and Hazel have made a positive impact in my life and are simply unforgettable. 10/10 would recommend this Doctor and this clinic to you.

There's a car park just right in front of the clinic. I parked there and the doctor and nurses were so kind to come out of the air con clinic to attend to my mom. My mom didn't have to get down my car. Everything is minimum risk involved.
Sinovac is given. An old Indian couple before me rejected even after consultation of doctor. Can see their disappointment because not easy for them to come all the way. They used walking sticks and were brought by their daughter. Better check with phone or reviews, Even though it is not showed in Mysejahtera.

The nurse invited me into the air cooled clinic but we preferred the open car park. The sky was cloudy even though it was still hot inside the car.

P/S People with high risk please watch out for normal pneumonia after Sinovac vaccination. It might cause accute septicaemia n further multiple organs failure. As old folks might have little symptoms, one has to act fast.
