Very rude clerks.half hearted answered my questions and show me the stuffs that i needed.but once a new caucasion customer came after, one of them greeted her very nicely.what a white people worshipper, if there’s any other medical bookstore that u can go, please go that one.not this.

Yes, u can get almost any medical, pharmaceutical, nursing and nutrition-based books/equipment and even household necessities here. But what I hate most about this place is the "tidak-apa" attitude the staff here show. Once u step inside, it's as though they own u and u have to listen to them. Dont even expect for a smile let alone a discount! Terrible attitude! Keep it up and eventually ppl will find other places to buy books i.e. Online. Treat yr customers right and they will stand by u. Place is narrow and can get crowded when there are 6 ppl inside. That's just how small the place is. Those who carry bagpacks, just stay outside on a busy day.

Poor service. Was forced to buy a book which was already dented with a crease on it due to the reason that i tapped the book habitually while waiting for them to get another book i requested, with a capped highlighter. Because of this I wasn't even able to compare between the books I wanted to get and was forced to buy the one I tapped on with the capped highlighter (which left no marks or dents or even scratches btw). The man couldn't and refused to identify the "damage" i left on the book with my capped highlighter. After that, I left and walked over to AZ Bookstore which was just next to Kamal and bought the remaining 6 copies of books I wanted to get at a slightly cheaper price. Such poor customer service.

No more price negotiation possible and the policy of pay first before checking the product is rubbish.

They cheat on my friend. My friend want to buy labcoat. They give an old stock to try and we ask for new. They say if u try that. Means u must buy it. We don't have time to argue. So my friend pay for the old and yellow labcoat. Actually they have new stock.

Staff are rude. They can be very fierce is a book accidentally fall down and u are there. They may make u to buy the book.
Too bad it is the only medical bookstore that is widely know

Very helpful and has lots of books. However, they don't accept credit card, so bring cash or debit card okay!

Feeling smarter after going too this book shop. Very good reference shop for people that involve in medical industries or for people that Don't have Netflix.

Mention Kamal and nowadays those who are not doctors but have friends or family who are will know the place. Synonymous with medical books and resources. After GST all their prices have increased dramatically but still cheaper unless you can frequently travel to India.

Treasure trove of medical literature. Well stocked and up to date editions of books priced accordingly.
Give them a ring first to check on the books you want because parking around the area is rather tricky. If the title isn't available, get them to place an order and get a quotation.
They too offer delivery of books and items through postage services.
The staffs and owner are much too kind and helpful, masters in their own field.

The keeper was very knowledgeable about the books and understood exactly what was needed. Only issue is the parking, but pretty same issue in many places.

The staff here are knowledgeable about the books but sometimes they might force you to buy more than you need
