Good place for staycation, 4D3N. Love the environment so calm. Excellent service from the staffs

Great hotel and great location - close to the Petronas Tower.
The room was nice with an electric kettle and the possibility to make coffee and tea.
Free toilet articles.
Super delicious breakfast.

I was a participant of a seminar at their ballroom, hence I can't comment on their room, but generally, the service, environment and overall experience has been a pleasant one.

Please explain to me how it is possible to have pillows like this? This is disgusting, I think they have never been washed. I put my head on a pillow that looks older than me. It is disgusting.

Putting on a clean pillow cover does not prevent your pillows from being washed. This is not worthy of a 5 star hotel.

Not only did it disgust me, but I also noticed other cons:

- There is no socket next to the bed, so you cannot charge your phone next to the bed. You must recharge it on the desktop.

- The bathtub does not close well, so when you do a bath, the water ends up leaving.

- There is little choice in the morning for breakfast

- The Metasky restaurant is closed.

I just put 1 stars because the staff were nice. I do not recommend this hotel if you like hygiene.

I had an overnight stay over the weekend here. Room was ok and reception was nice.

However, breakfast was below expectation and the staff in charge of the pool and gym area was not friendly and was not very nice when asked for an extra towel. While walking around the pool area, clear signage was not placed and was later called by the staff over the counter that the area was off limits. It was disappointing as the staff made a “tsk tsk” sound to notify us. As guests of a hotel, I definitely expected more from the attitude of the staff.

I will most likely not come again for another stay and hope that the management takes note of the attitude of the staff and improve the breakfast quality.

I love it. I was surprised that the friendly hotel staff allowed me to check in early before 2pm.

The room was nice and i enjoyed my sleep here. Wifi also good. The only thing to improve is the TV channel selection.

Room condition is very good.
I am especially happy with the use of Mohammad Hossain Babu.
His room is very beautiful.
All in all, I like it very much. I stayed for three days.
I will come again inshallah.

It was a short vacay and we chose the hotel for a walking distance to KLCC. Very spacious room, with the bathtub. My toddler really likes the spacious bathroom with the bathtub. We also requested a baby cot. The breakfast choice was fantastic, a lot of choice and nice taste. Just a minor bane where the room is not soundproof and we can hear some stalls organized a karaoke till late night. Overall, the hotel looks very luxurious and modern. The carpark also has easy access and the location is great.

Location sangat strategik. Kalau rasa breakfast buffet mahal sangat, boleh pergi mamak depan tu. Melintas jalan ke Nasi Kandar Pelita. Sebelah tu, waktu malam ada kawasan jualan food truck.

Ke kanan hotel, dalam 500m, ada stesen monorail Bukit Nanas. Boleh turun stesen Bukit Bintang terus link ke Sg Wang. Belakang tu Low Yatt.

Ke kiri hotel, jalan kaki dalam 500m jugak boleh sampai KLCC. Tapi kena melintas jalan sikit.

Kiri dari hotel juga (tanpa melintas) dlm 1km jalan boleh sampai ke Kg Baru. Boleh makan Nasi Lemak Wanjo. Walking distance ke Saloma Bridge, kubur Ampang (kubur P. Ramlee dan Saloma).

Hotel ada hydropool, gym. Staf sangat mesra.

Went to the hotel for a wedding reception. Gave average rating as personally not so appreciative of the location - within busy CBD of KL. Didn't venture much. From basement parking went straight to the ballroom at Level 2 (bypassed much of the hotel). Ballroom is average size that can easily accommodate 400 seating down guests (including the upper level at the sides). Nice atmosphere.

This might be the most recent review in 2022. And let me tell you guys this place is nothing like what the past reviews tells you about this place.

Had to crash here for 3D2N with my wife and son. When we first checked in the room, we were met by this huge bathroom that is nicely positioned with the bathtub is easily accessible to the shower head. There’s a glass panel that lets you look outside into the room which is blinded by a curtain which you can remove it as you wish. Although there is a few wear and tear but the room is clean and cozy and not dusty and dirty like what the past reviews says about this place.

Breakfast was amazing. There was a wide selection of food and was constantly being refilled and made hot for the guest. My family and I faced no shortage of food even though we went for breakfast at around 10ish in the morning. The curry was so goooooddddddd.

Thank you for the stay Hotel Maya! Overall our stay was better than expected and we would definitely be back here again. Worth staying here and don’t worry about the cemetery that is beside the hotel, KL is such a huge city where you wouldn’t even have the time to worry about that.

Quite disappointed with the stay for this 2nd time? If u want to have skybar. Then locate it more upper or top floor. And we want to have a nice sleep. Why why why.
Music will only stop at 12am. Omg. Ur room is not soundproof. I dont think i will stay again.

Visited during my mom-in-law business trip.

Comfy and comfortable, free parking (just remember to exchange the parking ticket at reception before you go out), BATH TUB, toiletries included.

This hotel has swimming pool as well.

This hotel located along side Menara Chan as well, and right opposite of Nasi Kandar Pelita, a famous penang dish restaurant.

Had a very good experience with the hotel. Smooth check-in process, friendly staff, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom also clean and spacious as well as with bathtub. Only air-conditioned not really cold enough. Swimming pool is ok. The breakfast is ok and the kitchen staff took time to top up the food during peak hour.

The room and bathroom are big and clean, they also provide iron but no refrigerator. For the socket, there are 2 types of sockets (2 and 3 holes) I recommended you bring the universal adapter. For the location is the best! You can walk 5mn to Twin tower and 7mn to Saloma Bridge. 10 min to train station (bukit nanas) and 30 mm to Bukit Bintang by foot.

The hotel is located infront of a restaurant and Foodtrucks place, a short walking distance to Pintasan Saloma and KLCC. The rate is way much affordable than W Hotel that partly blocked my KLCC Tower view from the room!

For everyone planning to book a room here in 2022.
I stayed in this hotel for 7-8 nights and let me share my memorable experience.

Pros:
The reception staff is very accommodating. Well behaved individuals and good at what they do.
They have a nice pool and the heritage studio room looks esthetic.
Breakfast is nice.
Mr. Sudina is an amazing guy to deal with.

Cons:
Get ready guys.
Be mentally prepared to find bed bugs. I have bites all over my body.
Every studio heritage on 5th floor STINKS because of their drainage system.

I stayed in 3 different rooms on the same floor.
Room 513,506,501
513: The room did not have any apparent issues until i opened the toilet door and ran for my life because that's how bad it stinks.

Room 506: I had seen traces of loose tobacco and weed in the drawer. And the rooms were extremely dusty. The bathroom cabinets had chunks of dust where they keep towels. Upon showing the hotel staff they blocked the room for renovation. And gave me 501, a normal studio.

501: upon arriving to 501, everything seemed fine until i woke up to use the toilet and find cockroaches ALL OVER.
I had specifically told them not to make up my room without my presence. Since there were multiple valuables in the room and i had switched on the light 'do not disturb' yet when i came back the room was made up and my stuff was gone through. (God knows better)
However, i got agitated and furious and i had left the hotel.

Even after knowing the cockroach infestation issue i had extended my stay and they gave me room 510 instead. But we got the refund and we left.

This is the level of comfort this hotel is ready to provide you with.
Be careful.

Until they apologize, realize, renovate, refund and promise to improve their service. I won't be removing this review and i have picture proof of everything that i will be posting soon. Unless they do the above.

And please note it's not the reception staff's fault. They are nice professional people who tried helping me every way possible. The room itself are messed up.

Centrally located. Good restaurant at the hotel and easy access to food courts in Petronas towers. Rooms are humongous. Can move two pool tables and have space to run around.

It's Ok. Its a nice size room, strategic location. Just need some update on certain items in the room as its a little old and dirty looking due to wear. Also its not very clean walked in to water marks in shower area and hair around the sink and toilet.
