Hospital Wanita Dan Kanak-Kanak Naluri

The worst hospital ever. I just had a very bad experience there.left 10 days for My delivery. DR JULIANA YUSOF rejected me and refunded My deposit saying she is referring me to Government Hospital due to low platelet. I feel down infront of the hospital.the stupid dr doesnt even care about IT and when i ask she said “tu dengar degupan jantung tu, Baby hidup lagi la tu” is that the way to talk?

She dont deserve to be a Dr.bad Name to the hospital.first of all see what language ur Customer talk then u talk back in same language.dont simply talk as if u are highly talented. U know u r not.

Please dont go see her… she also rejected 2 of My friends.lousy hospital.baik tutup.

When i go government they simply said all reading ok.at last i went to sunway Velocity Medical center (highly recommended)

Went for antenatal class. Really appreciate the doctor and staff's professionalism at entertaining us those who are new in the parenting world. Highly recommended

The stuff fight with The patient's family
Stuff of day shift no respect
Also we booked a room and they give us other Annoying room and dirty room
And a lot of things
Hope they change in future

The infant doctor keep the babies in the nursery for more than 3 days. Just to get more money. The bill about 4 thousand RM. "Just for baby"
No care about any feelings when he said that this case is going to die.
Infront of the mother and the father and the young sister.

We discharged the baby from this hospital and them went to another doctor to take more than 3 opinions. All said your baby is ok.

And the baby is fine now. Need some mercy and humanity.

Pertama kali smp di sini.sebenarnya ikut anak2 nak vaksin dos ke 2 booster.layanan yg baik, mesra pelanggan, tempat menunggu yg kemas dan teratur.cuma parking jer lah yg susah sikit.mana2 pun sama.apa pun hospital ni t

Poor hospital doctor azwa specially, she try to operation c section every woman, she convert my normal delivery into c section, whole night before delivery they not allowed me to walk, they said stupid words like during pregnancy doc said try your baby wait is not more then 3 kg, poor staff, same thing they done with my friend, don't trust to doctor if she said your baby heartbeat is slow

Klinik untuk monthly check up yang selesa.pernah dptkan rawatan dan bersalin bersama Dr. Jam dan Dr. Azwa, consultation bagus.nurse pun berpengalaman. Harga check up dalam range rm150 - rm250.rate delivery untuk normal dan single room 3k - 4k. Ruang menunggu yang selesa, layanan yang diberikan juga terbaik.recommended

Saya nasihatkan untuk first time parent tak perlu la datang sini melainkan nak rasa trauma

First of all, tiada proper explanation procedure nak deliver. Sibuk nak stimulate tapi tak explain pun apa apa and keep suruh datang every week sejak 36w and no progress

Dari segi facilities, harapkan counter bawah jela lawa dan kemas. Selain daripada tu, lagi teruk dari government punya bilik especially ward. Bilik air macam tak siap, dengan sempit nya. Yes, kita ada request nak tengok bilik before proceed dgn payment tapi ada je alasan mereka. Dalam proses nak lahirkan baby, CTG machine boleh rosak time scan jantung baby.

Wife deliver C Section dekat Naluri ni, seminggu lepas tu saya dekat PPUM untuk jahit balik jahitan yg tak kemas dari Naluri. Jahitan sebelum ni terbuka balik ye.

Dr Azwa sgt bagus tapi staff nurse keguguran October 2021. Terpaksa buat D&C lepas tu terjaga time tidur lps operation sebab staff nurse bising gila kat luar gelak gelak and berbual. Bising sgt sgt mcm kt rmh dia berbual gelak yg kuat sgt sgt! Ya Allah stressnya! Macam pasar malam. Sepital government ward bersalin pun tak bising mcm ni waktu sy kerja sana dulu. Terjaga and blur blur kenapa la bising sgt. Sebelum tu, ada staff nurse yg tebal makeup ni dok pandang sy dr atas sampai ke bawah masa nak masuk operation D&C. Sy keguguran hello? Bukan gugurkan anak sampai nak pandang slack mcm tu? Sampai sy nak bertanya pun jadi takut dgn renungan tajam. Staff nurse yg berumur byk membantu & professional kerja. Byk bg advice. Yg muda muda byk main. Ubat pun kalau boleh bagi dalam bekas/bag yg elok. Duphaston sy sampai masuk angin lembik lembik. Bil pun tolong detail. Ini resit terus harga. Contoh RM232 tak tahu bayar untuk apa. Macam resit dobi. Nama & RM je. Bil tlg bagi dalam detail macam Avisena/hospital pakar yg lain please. Ni hospital dekat KL tau bukan dekat kampung.

Their course on preparation for our new baby was awesome. Very informative and entertaining. It covered all the topics I was very concerned about, and they were happy to repeat them as they asked for any final questions. Had to do GL by ourselves/pay first claim later, speaking of inconvenience. Also, we had to wait longer with 3 kids, our number got skipped. For a hospital but doesn’t have prescription meds it’s just annoying, was asked to buy at the pharmacy. What’s the point of paying so much with the rtk and the waiting time and had to buy meds outside?
