Don’t ever bring Your worker or maid for fomema in this Clinic. The Nurse won’t inform You if the maid BP High on that day and straight away submit to fomema, without advice anything.at the end we need to pay more for appeal.

I used to go to this clinic but recent experience warrants us not to. The doctor went on emergency house call, and i told the nurse to call us back when the doctor returns. But they didnt. And when i visited the clinic again in the evening, they were closed. The clinic doesnt have a fix timing. Open and close whenever they please.

My father have pneumonia after the doctor prescribed antibiotics, as doctor under prescribed medication for his body weight.
Later on, my mother has been complaining about pain in her tooth and the dentist insisted there isn’t anything wrong with it. Issue was resolved in another clinic, where they did find the problem and treated it.

Some of the Doctors are good and incredibly helpful. However, the staff & nurses (if you can even call them that) are horribly rude and unhelpful. Don’t even think about going here for fomema for foreign workers either, their level of treatment is even worse. Certainly wouldn’t recommend. Find another clinic with decent nurses.

Had my 2nd.covid booster dose at this clinic which is also a VACCINE CENTRE. Exceptional service from the vaccine receptionist called LEVA and also from nurse MISHA who administered the dose. Both are polite, well mannered, cooperative, informative and yet highly professional in their behavior. Highly recommended vaccine centre, particularly for those from mont kiara and around hartamas suburbs. 4 stars.

I really do not recommend you to go to this clinic. I went months back - but still I recommend my friends to never come here whenever I pass this clinic.

The doctor was very rough when she tried to examine my stomach ache. She was poking and prodding and it honestly made my stomach ache worse.

The bill also came up to preposterously high for just a stomach ache (almost RM200+, until I rejected some medicine which got it down to about RM150).

The doctor will try to add on expensive medicine as well as push their hospital services just to earn extra $$$$. When I mentioned I do not need this hospital visit, she mentioned that I need to sign for her some sort of waiver so she won't be responsible if something happens to me.

Please avoid. Many better clinics in publika, desa seri hartamas, bandar menjelara (etc!)

Despite providing two mobile phone numbers and one landline, nobody picked up the phone. I see this is a common complaint about this clinic.

Good experience.

Global Doctors has horrible customer service. It is a nightmare making an appointment with the gynecologists' because they are never available and when they are it is a 'first come first serve' basis. They have messaged me several times to cancel my appointment 1 hour before the time and will WhatsApp me with no introduction whatsoever. Global doctors needs to step up their services in order to reflect their high prices.

Definitely the worse clinic ever.
Went in for check up, their job is to submit the results. After almost 2 weeks, we checked there were pending result due to no submission from the doctor. We have to make phone calls to ask them if they did the submission.
I believe it is the clinic job to complete the submission and not ours to keep calling making sure they are doing their job.

A well-equipped and classy clinic and dedicated doctors especially Dr Liyana and friendly staff. Very clean toilets and common areas. There is minimal waiting time and it is open from 8am to 9pm daily, except on Sundays (9am to 3pm).

Went in for a standard blood test and was going to be called when results are in. No surprise here actually.but still very bad service, nobody bothered to call me so after 10 days of waiting I decided to call myself and of course the test results were (long) in.
No real damage done but come on Global Doctors, if you want to stay in business you have to up your game.
You have lost me as I am going to Prince Court next time, more value for money.

Please avoid! They caused more problems than solving it.

My infant son had a small cut on the forehead, and the doctor squeezed a whole tube of glue causing my son’s eye to shut and can’t be open. Can you imagine that? The glue went all over his ear as well. We had to bring him to Pantai bangsar to check if any glue fell into his eye.

I can’t imagine any trained Doctor to have that level of skills. I’d strongly ask the professional board of medicine in Malaysia to ban this clinic from operating any further.

I visited GD in 2012 right after the 1 week spent in the fever and pain. They made a blood test and said that if it was a dengue it’s gone already and they cannot diagnose it. No dengue. Last week in Moscow I did tests for IgM and IgG dengue virus antibodies and it showed that I have it in IgG (3.91). How it was so difficult to just check it back than for the clinic in the tropical country?
