Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur reviews
61Service excellent in Health Screening Department! All the staffs very very nice and helpful compared to last few years! Lots of improvement compared to the last check up! Well done to the whole Health Screening Department!
Dr adrian goh front desk are so rude, just like people without attitude.
If we need to make appointment just say it with good manners and intentions, not by talking nonsense. We are coming to see the doctor because my baby was sick and seeking treatment. Shame on you even on our bad conditions you cant provide a helpful service as hospital should it be.
Gratified that we have advance medical treatment. I was here not as a patient but to accompany my love one for medical consultation.
Being blessed with good health and to kill time, i came across to the hospital inhouse cafe which sell tasty snack to satisfy my breakfast craving.
The cafe has good spread of vegen snack and local menu for take away at a reasonable prices.
Though this is a private hospital where the fee can be challenging but they are mindful of guests who are on budget constraint to spend on food.
Thank u cafe.
Looks like everything is good.
The staff service is very good including the security guard.
The facilities look good too.
The child was short of breath due to fever. When searching for the hospital, I saw that there was a Chinese translator in Gleneagles. I hurriedly drove over. When I got to the front desk, I talked about the child’s condition and immediately arranged for Ms. Lin Huiying to help translate. She patiently helped translate throughout the entire treatment. The doctor was also very patient. When checking the children, Ms. Lin Huiying accompanied them until the end to pay for the medicine and repeatedly confirmed how to take the medicine. The service is great! Highly recommended. Finally, thank you again to Ms. Lin Huiying.
I just got discharged from here yesterday. And it was my first time to be warded. Dr akmal was very kind and understanding. And the nurse was super awsome. Level 5, my room was 516 or 517 i don’t remember. But my bed was no 4, the hospitality was superb. Dr akmal also refer me to other doctors for my issue aswell. Thank you for helping me. Its my first with well known hospitals. The food was superb
Health Screening service was good, effective, efficient, and prompt. Dr. Shamani was very helpful and helped us sort a problem. Very prompt and she positively heard our feedback and acted upon it. Very Satisfied. Thanks
The most spectacular things happened to me today, I visited this so called hospital because I have slipped disc and i was in pain to see if the doctor can help me in anyway after two visit and unnecessary X-Ray he told me that he doesn’t see any problems rather than my disc and I can go home, I asked him to give me some pain killer which he gave with bunch of other things which I refuse to collect at the pharmacy. They were trying their best to make money and after spending 700+RM I came back with 14 pain killers which cost me 106rm I ask the dr if physiotherapy will help he Siad yes it can be done. I came back home disappointed and in pain then I received their sms about my experience there. Then I talked to the lady which made me write this review she said why aren’t you satisfied I told her I came with a pain I was charged 700+ and I’m still in pain, she said ooooo so I can’t do anything what I can do is to pray to Allah for you….
Happy parking, the place is big.there are some best restaurants (dome, starbucks, family mart). Easy access to anywhere. If you just want to enter, you have to wear a mask. If you don't have a mask, the guards will be free
I recently had an emergency admission to this hospital and was under Dr Yunus Gul for surgery, the care was exceptional, particularly from Dr. Gul. It was a scary experience in an unfamiliar country but Dr. Gul put my mind at ease with his kindness, care and exceptional medical attention. The hospital staff and premises in general were 5*. Highly recommend both Dr Gul and this hospital.
Fadli Naharuddin Level 4 covid vaccine front desk. I came fr Pahang to get Mysejahtera updates due to no network - flood. He was so helpful, efficient, friendly, proactive with smile. Thank you very much for a such an exemplary staff. You made my day. Rinah.
Below page was using one of your Dr's name Dr Zuraidah Ibrahim for promoting Korean Anti Serum product. Can you kindly check is it correct or scam page. Tq
Did medical check-up. Hospital doctors and staff were attentive and helpful. Can be better in organising the process and flow.
For me, the hospital is good, new wing in block B. But less information about where to go fot register once you there because they have block A & B. Service too slow, not even match the price we pay. I would say Pantai is more efficient staff than gleneagles. I'm sooo tired of waiting and waiting. Not so crowded that time but i don't know why take it so long. But here so many eatry cafe like starbuck, dome, o'brein, familt mart and many more. The doctor ok, staff, nurse all friendly but for me they only fail for this hoapital is TIME management. Pls don't le patient waiting so long ok
The worse to see doctor just for simple illness.after one hour of waiting, one and another patient in and out of consultation room and i still left waiting here? Just ridiculous.
Furthermore nurses can chit chatting and laughing around at the back of counter.
And one nurse came and asked what am i doing here? Don't you think it is silly questions.
Doctor is good, service is horrible. My mom has been admitted here for over 2 months and the nurses are very slow and not the friendliest. Sometimes the call button doesn’t work and I have to go out and repeat myself more than 3 times just for them to change my mom’s drip. Moreover, they complain when we request for the food to be reheated. They don’t understand sometimes patients does not have the appetite to eat yet. It is not difficult to heat up the food again. I really dislike the attitude they give when we ask them for extra utensils, water refill, etc. The least they can do is be more friendly towards their patient. Even putting on a smile can make a difference. Besides that, registration is so slow. They already know my mom needs to be admitted but tells us there are no rooms available. We waited for 6 hours until they were able to find a room. As caretakers we also need to take covid swab test, my dad need to wait 1.5hours to take his swab. He asked the nurse if it’s possible to have his lunch first and come back for the swab, they did not let. I’m honestly speechless with the service here.
The covid testing centre took an hour for us to be tested, where as other hospitals i have been to would take 30 minutes at most.
The nurses when taking care of my family member were also incompetent, occasionally no response from calls and alarm. Said family member was also in a high risk situation so the poor response time from the nurses were extremely frustrating and stressful.
On the other hand, most doctor interactions were decent but the poor service from the nurses made the entire ordeal much more frustrating
I would like to thank Nur Alya Sim Abdullah for her patient help and help me solve the problems encountered by me and the hospital when I encountered difficulties in communicating with the doctor in gleneagles. The service attitude of this hospital is very good. The physical therapist is very good.
Block B Fifth floor's Health Screening staffs are the best! I need an Xray for Visa Application, they know I am in hurry and immediately get it done for me. They're really professional and the staffs are very soft spoken:)
Called to make appointment but was told it's ok to walk in. When arrived at 11: 20am, was told to wait for 15min to see the doctor.waited for ~45 mins and was told by reception the next patient will be us. Then waited for more than 1 hour before the reception told that please come back at 2: 30pm.we cancelled the registration and didn't manage to do anything there apart from paying for the carpark. Went to another hospital as we can't really trust the time given by the reception and my wife was in pain.
