Fitness First The Gardens Mall

My boyfriend and I were visiting from London and had an epic work out here, amazing staff and good workout environment. We bought the day pass which was very worth the cost. Highly recommend

Today I was taking lif in garden mall from L6 book excess to parking b1 with bunch of kids n stroller. Noticed many youngsters nowadays can't really walk much and like to take lif which I supposed lif served for priority people and they have those attributes too Eg: old citizens, those with disablements/movement difficulties, pregnant lady, family with stroller/wheel chair. It is always every time when I took lif with my kids, there are those young guys who can't walk n will even cut my queue to squeeze in the lif. I guess mall operator or some authority should do more enforcement in this. This case was Sunday 7 May around 4+ pm, there were 2 muscular guys who just completed their gym session came in the lif and results the other family with stroller cant enter and need to wait. One of the guy was wearing spec, carrying grey bag with yellow cap bottle while the other guy holding a small black bag with tattoo on left hand. Both wearing black shirt n short pants. More disgusting was when the mother wanted came in saw not enough space both of the guys just pretend didn't hear n look at the phone. Shame on u.

Fix your bench brunch, not one of the bench is maintain like other brunches, the last time I visit was 18 Nov 2022 got injured my shoulder by the loosed seat, yesterday 13 June 2023 was my second time visit, same thing happened, my shoulder injured again by the exactly same bench same spot same loose seat!

Well, the gym is decent. Not too big not too small. Just nice. The gym has no outside views making me feels bit suffocated.

The changing room for men is huge enough. But they only have steam room and no sauna. Kinda disappointed because I prefer sauna.

They also have cafe for drinks. Not bad to relax for awhile before or after you exercising.

The rest are all just fine and decent.

Best gym I ever enter with good condition to work out and waiting space for our girlfriend wait for us finish work out

Excellent gym which is well maintained, clean and has good range of equipment.

Pros - Clean. Equipments are quite complete. You can do any forms of workout you can think of with the available weights and machines.

Cons - Small, can get very crowded during peak hours. If you don't like working out in public view, may not be the gym for you as it's rather small

Worst gym ever.
The Personal Trainers are arrogant and rude, especially that Chinese guy wearing a cap.

Very well equipped. Staff is courteous. Machines are good but a bit limited on free weight equipment.

Place is good, it gets super crowded at times and since there is a small variety of machines there, wait times on equipment could be long. The change rooms have a steam room but it’s mostly under maintenance or closed because of Covid.

A good gym to go to for workouts. Quite clean too. Staffs and trainers are in general friendly. Even provides some drinks such as coffee and tea. Equipment wise, adequate.

Good enough.but platinum? The mall yes.not this branch.the front desk need to learn from their other counterparts in PARADIGM CURVE AND MONT KIARA

Nice place, good gym, but no swimming pool like in subang.also try avoid comming in the evening as it is full as F.

If you are a bag of potatoes like me, you will like it. If you have red hot blood curling up your veins, you won't like it.

Well lit, nice environment, friendly PT, just the bath's shower might be a bit low pressure sometimes.

Gym setup is fine but the staff a little less caring. Only remind them only did the check out for customer.

Quite small. All equipments are normally in good condition. Some classes (coaches & participants) are not really welcoming. Unlike MV CF, you can join any class and it's not hard to follow along without feeling like you stuck out like a sore thumb.

Machines are well maintained. Rest areas are okay, but the free weights area is mostly crowded.

I have been a membership at Celebrity and Fitness first for 3 years, but because covid 19 I cancelled
My membership, this months November 2020 I signed up a membership again but only in Fitness First Platinum Garden
The staff are very friendly and very warm welcome and also Team Leader her name is Mss. INEZ was so professional and helpful
I am happy to comeback again to this club, and also the COVID-19 safety regulations are really good in here, they sanitise the equipment regularly and also all gym member do the same they sanitise after use the equipments

Do not allow me to cancel membership during first quarter of year 2019 due to your own error and mistake. Overcharging for months as I could not cancel due to your error. Promised to refund after cancelation. In the end gave fake promises to settle but still charging my credit card for no reason. Have to follow up myself with 3 ff staffs to get my reply, even the branch manager which suppose to follow up himself ignore my messages. Fitness first PLATINUM at their service, one word to describe, “joke”. I’m writing this to put a record because you have yet to settle the issue.
