Scammer alert! Very bad customer service and didnt reply messages and still not able to confirm our trip one month before departure.and they changed our original departure date without informing and now refuse to refund our deposits.if can rate zero star, we will rate it at ZERO.dont ever use this tour company unless you want to get con.

Went on the 5D 4N Danang, Hoi an and Hue tour and was a very enjoyable experience. Got to see a lot of main attractions and there was plenty of delicious food. Both tour guides Xiao Xuan and Ah Xin were friendly and accommodating to everyone. Recommend this trip if you want to try new and different things!

We just came back from Vietnam (Danang) tour last 2 weeks and we had a very enjoyable the trip. The experience with Esplanad Holiday was totally amazing.
We went there with our tour leader, Mr Ngau. He is very nice, helpful, fun and took good care all of us, especially in flight re-schedule case. Sincerely thank to him.

Our Japan Honshu trip had excellent service and helpful tour guide, especially their time managed very well by our tour guide May & Sabrina. We always have extra time on every destination for us to walk & take picture, meal of course is good. We requested something optional / out of our trip schedule but she always did her best to fulfill our request, caring for all of us & even always offer to take photo for us.

It was really out of my expectations for this trip. Superb accommodation, delicious meals and outstanding tour leader Wing Wing, Co-incidentally same last name with me. She is such a wonderful person and she captured all the incredible photos for the whole tour travellers. Well done 罗妹妺

Overall the tour got a good trip with the tour guide Jeff despite misty rainy on the mountain only unfortunately the hotel Ramadah where air cond off at the buffet area see photo

The tour guide and tour lead Robert Cheh did an exceptional job for organising and leading the tour. They ran the schedule efficiently and according to the tour group's Best interest. Would definitely recommend this tour agency to my friends as my family and I really had a memorable experience throughout this entire trip!

We joined 11 to 19 April Korea tour, satisfied with all the arrangements; food, accommodation, transportation. Special thanks to our lovely and friendly tour leader Ms Wing from Esplanad Holiday. She is a very passionate and talented photographer. We were having a very sweet and quality time in Korea with excellent photos shooting. Thanks Esplanad for giving us Ms Wing as a tour leader.

We joined 2/11/2019 Tour to Guilin China, very satisfied with the trip especially Esplanade & China tour guide provided very details explanation on every destination, and very helpful & friendly. The hotels, the food provived from breakfast, lunch & dinner all well planned and organised with nice restaurant. Brovo, keep up the good work, me & wife definitely planning for another trip with Esplanade. Cheers.

Very very bad customer service. Didn't reply to calls and WhatsApp. Cancelled our trip 1 month before the departure date and kept on delaying our confirmation even though we kept checking with them. They held on to our deposit and kept on delaying the refund procedure. Very very disappointed with the service.

Very bad customer service, didn't respond to customer's call and WhatsApp. Trip cancelled very late where we have been chasing for the confirmation of the trip. Hold customer's deposit and keep onn delaying. As of now still haven't received deposit from them.

Very bad service. Suppose to travel next Monday and informed that the trip is cancel on Tuesday. Don't respond to customer call at all. Never use this agency!
