29 Been having good experience with the doctors here until I met with doctor Noorasyikin Jamar today.
She rushed into educating me to think for my employer by taking pain killer to numb my period pain and trying to work while in pain for the sake of my employer. I was rightfully taking sick leave today per my work contract with my company, but doctor Noorasyikin Jamar saw me as a disappointment to herself and to my company. I would like to send thanks to everyone else working in the clinic, except for doctor Noorasyikin Jamar. She's Muslim but not a kind one.
Friendly receptionist, helpfull doctor, helpful pharmacist. Everyone is polite and helpful. Not a long queue to come at lunch hour (they have 2 doctors, so there’s no “doktor takde”.
I recently had visited this place, doctor, nurse, receptionist all friendly. I also dont know why previously marking was so bad. Recommended!
Hello just going to this clinic today for pre-employment checkup.currently, I am willing to vouch, the quality of customer service here became much much better. Very bad service, the receptionist malay ladies are very bad attitude toward patients and patients family members. Also, lots of hidden costs in medical test. You need to pay for test and pay extra money to get test report documents, if you ask what's this cost and why, they reply with very bad attitude. On Doctor side is fine. Don't recommend this clinic because of staffs. Should check review before visit.
Went there today. The overall expereince was good. Specially the doctor (Dr. Hashim Bin Noh). He is absolutely a nice human being.
Only one patient was there at the time i went. It took only 20 mins for the whole process.

I went there for a pre-employment check-up.
Before went to the clinic, I callled them to make sure there is a female doctor. HR also called to help me to make an appoinment. One of the staff called to reconfirm the date and time and at the same time I reconfirmed there will be a female doctor. On the day, I reached there early, around 8.20am and informed the I am here for pre employment check-up and need a female doctor. The receptionist said there is no female doctor on duty in the morning. They will be in only at 2.30pm. I told them this is really not acceptable as I make appoinment before going over, HR did the same for me. All the way I went there and they made wait.this and that. It was really an unpleasant experience. Will not go back there anymore!
There are not as many patients in the past but the waiting time has increased from 1.5hr in the past to 2.5hr and counting, still waiting for audio test and x-ray. This is a place for those who have a lot of time to waste.

3 years ago I went to this clinic to do a medical check up for my new employment. They called and said I have suspected TB and asked me to visit a specialist in a hospital to get it checked further. Turns out, they took a bad Xray.
There was not a single apology for all my wasted time and money just because they can't even take a proper Xray.
Writing this review now as I have come to realized many of my other colleagues also faced similar issues which makes their ethics extremely questionable. I wonder how are they still a panel clinic for big companies, or even how are they still operating.
May be because all negative review they change their behaviour already (I guess)
Now the receptionist are friendly also all staff.

Medical Check up here. Not much just receptionist gossiping too much. Doctor room was quite foul smelling. Don’t know why big companies put here
Encountered a very rude doctor, impolite and laughed when I used the wrong term to describe how I felt. And questioned me back what's wrong now after I told her I fell on wet floor and have pain on my back.treat people with respect pls.so called doctor.
Rude receptionist. Ask to pay for co payment even it is not needed.i have to call micare to prove that it is no needed because it is a fitness to work assessment.
They made patient wait for more than 2 hours just to do a fitness to work assessment with appointment in place. Didnt see alot of patients around, it was just 2 patients.very old place and really dont understand why big companies put up with this
I go here exclusively. I don't understand the poor reviews. Have seen a couple different doctors there. Hygiene is good and doctors are as expected. However, medicine is rudimentary as most general clinics.
Went there for med check. Totally not recommended to go. The "makcik" nurse is very rude. Luckily there is one young nurse who treats people with respect. They should sack the makcik.
DIRTY, UNHYGIENIC, AND RUDE. The staff were sarcastic, unprofessional, rude, and ill-mannered. Why is this clinic even getting patients? They are just making people sick not curing them. Poor treatment and horrible environment. I am going to report this clinic and ask it to be removed from the panel. Everyone here should do the same, this place is a health hazard. The staff should be sacked and left jobless begging on the streets. Rubbish staff, parents probably didn't teach them manners.
Please boycott for your own health and safety.
Been to this clinic on Saturday, 2 March to accompany my husband for his pre-employment medical check-up.
After reading all the comments from others, I totally agree to say that this clinic have very (like VERY) rude staffs. The old makcik and another receptionist talked about patients history/medical condition which is totally inappropriate to tell the whole world! Plus it was happened right in front of other patients. We can hear it loud and clear.
They really need to attend customer service or etiquette courses. I have never seen this kind of service from any clinic in my entire life. They are so freaking rude! But I must admit the doctor is very friendly, plus 1 nice girl wearing long tudung and a spectacle treated us nicely. She even apologised about that makcik rude behaviour. We will never come back ever again.
Very rude and ill mannered staff. One simple question but get a sarcastic answer with very loud voice. Have a bad experience with one of the doctor
Not very organized, not very professional, make people run around, still survived because companies spec them in.time for companies pull out, why keep sub standards alive?
