Came once and never again. Came for urine infection and manternity checkup cost me RM 700+ And no cards or QR pay allowed. Only cash.

Came for infection. Less than 5 minutes. Doctor was good.
Medicine 110, others 100, woman package 220. No explanation given. Just paid. Not coming back.

So outdated system. And sudden additional charges. Big amount payment should let customer pay using qr pay or online but force to pay cash. Its 2023, can you imagine? And also rude nyonya desk

No recommend.three times I went there.my problem nor yet solve. My last time they laughed to my problem. I never go there again

My mom and I both are doctor Lai’s patient, Dr Lai was a wonderful doctor and their staff was always helpful and friendly.

I have very good experience with Dr Alysa. She is experience and professional to explain about my situation. My first gynae doctor and I feel comfortable having her to attend to my health issue. High recommended!

First time to this clinic. Thought was very professional. After done a small surgery, back to check up told me was everything good. After 2month check up again problem was there. And then make me more confuse and confuse.
Price is not so budget, every time different price. Event request patient for do a medical check up also need to pay Dr never explain properly to patient. I pay everytime! But make me know nothing! First experience!

The hospital provide good service and advice. But they only received cash only. The environment is clean and good. They also follow sop as well

The staff is friendly. Dr Alysa is professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend her to my friends and relatives.

Went to this clinic in the midst of Covid-19 pandemic for consultation. The nurses was very strictly adhering to the SOPs set by MOH and even the seats were separated for social distancing purposes. Saw Dr. Alysa and eventhough there were 2 of us, I find her very professional to insist on only 1 person/patient at a time to ensure minimal exposure. I can see some couples are not too happy with some of these SOP and were complaining asking for their other half to go in with them but cannot. Good thing they were strict with their SOPs. While we were waiting for our medicines, a few policemen came in to do their check up on the clinic's adherence to SOP and their clinic pass with flying colors. Dr Alysa took her time to explain to me the seriousness of the risk she and her nurses are facing and why it is important to minimize risk which I appreciate. She was also very professional when explaining my condition and the follow through that I can also do at home for quicker recovery. I hope they stay safe at all times while being at the frontline being highly exposed to the risk of pandemic trying to help/save their patients. I also hope more people appreciate our frontliners better than name shaming them for trying to do their job the best they can. #staysafe #stayhealthy #staycovidfree

Dr Alysa is a very caring and kind doctor, never failing to address all our questions and reassuring us. She really made an effort to guide my wife through each stage of her pregnancy, even when things got stressful sometimes. We truly recommend her if any one is looking for an experienced and pleasant gynae.

Doctor saw my wife for less than 5 minutes and charged us 100 bucks. 50 bucks for consultation? As far as I know, there were no consultation given. "Can't see anything. Come back next week. Just take vitamins now. " Total bill came up to 100. No value for money la.

I choose this clinic because of i want to get consultation for pap smear and breast ultrasound by a lady doctor. The whole consultation only 5 questions & done in 5 minutes, this so call specialist with special price? The nurse was black face and never gave you toilet paper after pap smear was completed until you request. This is the worst consult i had before in my life and the enviroment there also not good. But the lady in counter is not bad. Finally, i wish to advice to you all are if you ready to pay 200-300 for this kind of consultation, you may go for other clinic or hospital like Gleneagles.
