If you're in KL, look no further - for this is the best bookstore in Malaysia, hands down! From a bibliophile pt of view, the selection runs the whole gamut.manga/manhwa and manga related merch.kawaii stationery. Drop by.you won't be disappointed!

Kinokuniya Malaysia is my ultimate book nook. Their philosophy section, plus those vintage classics, is amazinf. It's not just a store; it's a cozy hangout that whispers "Come, chill, and dive into a good read! "

I love the vibes—comfy reading spots, friendly faces, and folks who are as pumped about books as I am. The vintage classics section is like a goldmine—I've stumbled on some real gems there.

The variety of international books and magazines are good but please don't do any book reservations through customer service. The Indian woman who speaks at their end can be offensive. It's better to contact them via email.

Great place to look for varieties of books. Organized and friendly staff. Got lovely cafe upstairs for a short cofee session.

I love love love this bookstore and I love that they are trying to stop with plastic wrapping books - part of the book searching experience is flipping through them.

I personally found this bookstore better than Book Xpress.

The shop itself is fine.but the customer service need more training on how to properly reply to customer inquiry cause they are very very rude when answer my question. I have work in customer service before so it's not that hard to answer an email proper manner especially for bookshop that sells a lot of helpful books to improve your manner. Thanks Azim for awful treatment from customer service.

I always visit this place to find books. You can check online first for the stock, if it is not available, inform them to order and you'll get the book in 2 weeks time

Poor online purchase experience. Placed an order online on 11 Jan 2021 and there were error in delivery. Called your office during office hours to track item, but no one ever answer. Left a message on your website enquiry page, no reply at all and it has been almost two weeks. I expect better standard from an international Japanese company.

My favourite place to get latest book releases. Price can be more expensive than local bookstores. Has awesome customer service and allows you to pre-order books.

One of the best book stores that I have ever visited. Spent almost 3 hours and still I could not see all that I wanted to see. There are separate desks for Chinese and Japanese language support. There is a huge collection of Manga series and other comics in general. There is a huge collection of toys, stationery, mugs, etc. So, if you ever visit KL, do not miss this place.

It's a great place for book lovers. They have everything you could've ever imagine. If the book you wanted wasn't there, you can order it from the counter.

If you can't find a book elsewhere, this place will likely have it. A bit costly though. But books are generally in good condition

The books here are quite well protected with the way the staffs wrap the book and you may order books which could not be found in other bookstores in Malaysia, shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks depending on where your book will be shipped from. There are English, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin books and other language learning books. The books here are more diverse and more up to date as compared to other book stores in Malaysia. If you are a member, you may enjoy discounts on KLCC Philharmonic Orchestra tickets. There's also a cafe in the shop for customer to read the book while enjoying a cup of tea or coffee. However price of books here may be having a higher price

Good place to have a silent hangout. A lot of book to read and probably to buy. Can easily find book that doesn't usually available at other store especially Japanese Literature and Manga.

You can find a lot of Manga, English Translated or imported directly from Japan. You can also find Light Novel both translated or original. Even Japanese Magazine can be found though some content might been filtered or remove by Malaysian Government.

You can also find Megami and Jump Weekly though the price might make you think twice.
Yearly, you can buy Comic Fiesta Early Bird Ticket.

They have a wide choice of books. Unfortunately every single book is packed with a plastic envelope and one need to ask someone of the staff to open them. Very odd. Not so inviting to buy there.
