Dah contact (whatsapp) bengkel beberapa minggu sebelum Raya 2023 untuk set appointment di mana satu tarikh sudah dipersetujui. Tapi pada masa hari kejadian, org yg sy dok whatsapp tu dah takde, dah cabut balik kampung bercuti. Jadi hanya tinggal 2 org staff shj. Diorg cakap tak sempat kalau nak servis/baiki kereta sy. Kalau dah rasa memang tak dapat nak buat, bgtau la awal², sebelum aku ke sana. Menyusahkan, dah la aku datang dari jauh, siap apply cuti lagi. Sangat TAK REKOMEN. Hanya gah pada nama je. Tempat pun nampak serabut. Banyak lagi bengkel² lain yg lebih proper yg specialist utk Proton, CVT dan yg seangkatan.

Professional and accurate diagnosis on the squeaking coming from the back of my Persona (suspension link arm change). I'm satisfied. Probably will be back for oil change in the future.

I drive a Proton Preve. My alignment specialist (that I have been patronizing for years) noted that there is issue with my steering rack bush. Whereby the steering rack would move together with the direction that you turn the steering wheel.

He suggested me to find a silicone bush instead of using original rubber bushing for longer lasting life and better performance. I did find the part myself however the quality was not better than the original rubber. I didn't want to waste my time for trial and error finding good quality bushings. So I look up Zordaq the same day and was informed they have a custom steering rack clamp for my car available. This is their replacement for the bushings.
(Please note this custom item is on the higher end price but it should lasts a long while and a worthy investment for the car's maintenance.)

I came the next day to install it and immediately feel the difference in improvement. Zordaq did not provide alignment service so I went back to my alignment specialist. Even the specialist agreed after testing and give Zordaq's clamp design a pass and was satisfied. The steering rack did not move anymore and stay static at its place. Even on uneven roads the steering maintained its angle, it does not move freely like it used to be. I now use less force as they are no counter-steering that I need to control. The only kind of road it could not conquered is those "tiled roads". This is where the steering will shake a bit, but it was not abnormal or disturbing (at least to me). Now my cornering is sharper and stable and gave me more confidence. I feel like I'm driving a race car instead of passenger car.

I am satisfied with the service and treatment I received in this shop. When I came, the boss Mr. Zaki was in. Perhaps the bad reviews happened when Mr. Zaki is not around.
But during my time, Mr. Zaki and his staffs were friendly and helpful in explaining things to me. They are also skillful and worked fast in installing and dismantling things. I noted what they told me did not contradict with what have been discussed within my car group.

I planned to service my radiator together as was advised by Proton Service Center. But after Zordaq checked my radiator they told me it was not required and still performs optimally. Saves money, they won't suggest you to change things that you do not need. And I also walk away with free new original Proton radiator cap.

Zordaq team terbaik, semua staff friendly & tak kedekut ilmu, harga berpatutan.semua masalah kereta blh settle, especially proton/campro.cuma klau brg2 workshop tersusun & customer waiting area organized sikit bg clean lg terbaikk.

Why 5 star for this company?

1) I was told by other service centre that my car having problem with my clutch plate (with other things related to this) but tested by their mechanic by named of Man and Aidil. Found no issue with my car.

2) For someone who in service industry, customer experience is something I am very look into. Deal with the boss, En Zaki is something I should recommended for if you wanted to get the service from them.

The boss is friendly and very honest, my own experience with the boss is good. Price is good too. My car aircon and tyre are having problem but unfortunately this shop doesn't provide both services however the boss recommended other shop outside with good price.

Servis tiptop. Apa yg tak ok or kena tukar pun dpt explanation yg details. Siap dapat nasihat penjagaan kereta almaklumlah perempuann tau bawak je. Very recommended for protons owner.

I went here to install Ftuned Comfort Lowering Spring (CLS). The price for spring is standard but price for installation is fairly cheap, really recommend here. *But for a side note they don't have a alignment service, need to do somewhere else. * The service overall is fast and friendly but to my disappointment, I found out one of my brand new Rays wheel nut was damaged during service. It's a minor mistake but still scratch my heart.

Nice workshop. Masalah kecil-kecil pun diorang teliti dan focus walaupun tak ada apa pun. Recommended.

Agak kecewa dgn servis.masa tinggal kereta bersih, bila dpt balik kereta penuh daun smpai seat belakang.entah dibawa kemana. Then try cover bawah carpet. Kereta dh siap pon tak update.harga pon lari jauh dari jangkaan mybe sbb brg ori

Terbaik, pantas, mekanik akan bagitau apa Yang patut tukar, kalau bole pakai lagi dia akan suggest bila kena tukar, setakat ni terbaikkk harga berpatutan

Saya mempunyai sebuah Proton Preve. Sebelum ni dah berapa kali saya cuba baiki kereta di bengkel-bengkel lain berkenaan masalah-masalah major dan minor pada kereta saya, tapi ada bengkel yang gagal untuk baiki masalah kereta saya disebabkan kurang mahir dengan Preve. Selepas saya ke bengkel ni, Alhamdulillah kebanyakan masalah kereta saya dapat dibaiki dengan baik dan tidak membebankan kos sangat. Terbaik.

I don't think all those existing comment is genuine. I send my proton car last month & give all those neccessary info on those need attention which is about 6 problem need to fix. The repair guy name is Mr. E****N, you know that, he said cannot find any fault in my car and nothing is need to fix. Nonsense, I do think this workshop actually know the problem but this mechanic purposely want give unreasonable reason just to test. I DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO THIS HIDDEN WORKSHOP, I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOUSY MECHANICS & WORKSHOP AGAIN. LISTENING TO THEIR NONSENSE IS WASTE MY TIME AND PETROL.
