Been a loyal customer here since 2020, only to be taken advantage of. The mechanic here will try their best to suck out your money out of your wallet.

Here's my case:
1. Got some problem with the engine timing, went to the shop for checking.

2. Mechanics asked to leave motorcycle for a day for checking. Will confirm charges first before doing anything.

3. Called me later that day, telling that i have ECU issue. He said only done CHECKING, need some labor charges for that. I declined and would want to see the issue first.

4. Went to the shop the next day, being charged rm120 for labor chargesdue to services of few items that wasn't mentioned at all the day before.

5. The mechanic confirmed the issue is due to ECU, "Ini memang ECU problem, lepas tukar, confirm elok punya, I sudah test dengan ECU motor lain, semua ok".

6. Decided to replace ECU for RM720. Mechanic said to leave motorcycle again due to no stock! I have no choice to leave again.

7. I got phone call few days later, telling that they had replaced the ECU, but still have problem with O2 sensor, and would cost me RM500+. (Another opportunity to suck out money). (Before this he confirmed that no problem with O2 sensor).

8. Went to the shop again, paid for ECU RM720 and just leave with my motorcycle despite the mechanic telling would be bad because of the O2 sensor issue.

That would be my last visit there. I hope MODENAS will investigate this issue further.

Unknowledgeable staff and quite pricey.

Few staff dont even understand simple Bahasa Malaysia.

Very good service.

They have givi, bilmola, kyt, mhr helmets.
A lot of other accessories options too.

Hari ni survey harga lain, esok dtg buat, dah siap harga lain. Mmg anjing! Sikit2 takpelah, byk n berkali plak tu. Terkena 2 kali dah cukup laaa. Mmg babiii.

Kedai penipu.nak beli oil seal fork moto dia tknk jual kemudian tipu ckp dah habis stok padahal bila mmbe pegi servis ada je stok. Tknk jual sbb tk servis dgn dia nak beli sahaja.kalau kedai lain ada jual mmng tkkn beli dkt kedai ni. Nama je kedai pengedar modenas tp part sorok bila tk servis dgn dia. Dasar kapitalis

Kedai tidak jujur pada perniagaan.services buruk.berhati hati bila membeli di kedai ini.harga yahudi.

Avoid this shop.full of scamming and scammers.dont buy bike or any accessories here and dont bring for service.go to better shop.

Always go here to service my bike even though I lived very far now. The service, the worker all have been very good. Knowledgeable, fast and accurate. Recommend this workshop to you guys, biker especially.

Layanan customer kedai ni amat bagus sekali terutama Ah Boon. Mudah masa proses beli motor. Wasap pun cepat response, Kedai service sebelah pun ok, harga pun berpatutan.

Pernah kena tipu dengan kedai ni. Motor keluar asap putih, tukar gasket set semua kena charge RM400. Tak mahu keluar resit, kata boleh bagi harga murah. Check2 kedai lain tak sampai 200-300 saja.

Kedai bengkel motorsikal paling bagus, jujur dan amanah yang pernah aku jmpe.harga pun berpatutan.quality barang pun boleh pilih.klo nak yang paling murah pun ada tp kualiti pun murah ler.hehe.penah mintak tukar rantai motor yang berkualiti harga rm90 kot.dah 2 tahun lebih pakai, gigi rantai sama mcm masa pasang.xhaus2 lagi hehe.sejak 2011 skrang 2019, dah dekat 9 tahun ngan bengkel nie.untunglah spe yg repair ngn bengkel ni.barang smue tahan.

TQ Ah Boon utk lyanan y terbaik.lyanan y cepat dan mesra.recommended utk sesiapa mencari motosikal baru.
