I went to this workshop to get my car gearbox regular service done and I must say, it was an excellent job done.

Alvin was not only patient with my questions but he also addressed all my concerns regarding certain issues with my car. He ensured that he got the best parts and only original CVT oil for my gearbox. In addition to that, he took the extra effort to do a quality check upon servicing my oil.

I had told him that I have observed some oil leak after my engine oil service very recently - he went right under the car to carefully examine the source of leak and found that a hose connected to the oil cooler assy was the cause. Furthermore, he found that one of the hose connected to my radiator has been dissipating water slowly, hence suggested to take the hose out and seal it properly.

His attention to his customer's car and his quality of work is genuinely worthy of praise. After all that work, he even took the extra step to clean the undercarriage and wash off all leaks to double check if there are any leaks.

Honestly, if he had not checked and told me this, I am not sure what other foremen would have advice me (I am guessing something along the line of a top overhaul and whatnot).

This place has a great potential to grow and I would urge people to give them an opportunity to service their car at least once.

The only negative feedback would be, they can take a bit longer than your usual workshop but with these kind of quality and final work - I think it is extremely acceptable.

Thank you Alvin and your fellow team for doing such a wonderful job with my car - the sluggish acceleration and slow response has completely changed and I am loving the ride back!
