Bas bad bad, we decided to buy the BMW 3 series from Yap brothers puchong and paid booking fee however after inspecting the car with my own mechanic, we discovered many issues with the car. So we decided not to proceed and requested a refund in which they denied to return back. I guess we will let the tribunal decide who is right or wrong!

Do not recommend. I went here to see and test an Audi A4 and was told that I cannot take it out for a test drive unless I put a deposit first - and the deposit was a few thousand ringgit. The sales person informed that I would be able to test drive the car after paying the deposit and would drive it to my mechanic on the same day. The deposit would only be returned to me if the mechanic found "major problems" in the car. This is does not seem right as it means I may lose my deposit if I decide not to buy the car based on my personal evaluation from the test drive. The reason for given to me for this process was so that we "don't waste each other's time". I did not feel comfortable with this as I don't believe this is the right way to sell cars. Looking at the other reviews here, I'm glad I didn't go through with it - it looks like a scam tactic to pressure people into buying or sacrificing a few thousand ringgits to test drive.

Bought a used Beemer here. I was happy that I could get a good bargain by 2K lower. As usual, the pre-sales is excellent with all the promises of Heaven and Earth. I thought most cars come with two keys but I was wrong. Only after when I drove home the car that I realized that they have no spare key for me. Called the office to enquire but was told that the previous owner did not give them the spare key either. Felt like being reaped off!

Alan whom came to my AID suggested a good family car, most of it i can say are Japan or Continental cars. Alan you have my word, youre very honest and reliable guy not only Sales but after sales.will be recommending most of my relatives frens if they were ever looking for a second hand car. Thumbs up to you as you had bring good name to your company. Cheers brather.

Not so good.they didnt have cars below 20000.they never called us after saying that we will call when we get a car.they talk politely either.there shop seemes to be in a nice place.car are ok.from toyata vellfire to old chevvy captiva.

Josh attend to me and his service is superb from the moment i step in till i got the car. His follow up with client is good and the whole process took less than a week. There is no funny hidden charges and everything was stated at the beginning. If you are looking for used unit, do give him a buzz. I must admit his after sales service is even better than my other buying new car experience.

Look for Eric. They do not practice those inappropriate charges on top of their selling prices.
