25 Courteous staffs. Nice showroom. Many parking spaces available. Use Gate 1 if you come by car. The first floor locates the Yamaha Music School, but please use Gate 2 for Yamaha Service Centre (as the entrance is at the back of the building).
Most stocks are available. Delivery taked 2-3 days as third party services are used.

One of the worst buying experience I’ve ever had, the seller is being so irresponsible. Buying a RM200 Adapter for my amplifier but comes without a power cord, and the seller never told me when we were communicating on whatsapp. Telling me to look for a power cord by myself from electrical shop after the item arrived. Please do confirm the details before packing and sending out the items to your customers. So disappointing.
Big centre with parking, instrumentals to test or buy and a full range of classes to cater to your or your child's needs. They operate the Yamaha way-of-instruction. Evalauate your initial music interest and over time establish an instrument you may be keen to master. Understand if it's a certificate you're after or performance. Then design the course and material accordingly - yamaha, ABRSM or otherwise. For some instruments, group classes are available. The front counter staff are friendly and helpful. The school closes on official public holidays and weeks designated for exams only. Lots of space for parent to wait around. There's even a festival hall here. Great place to browse. No pesky sales people over your shoulders. And there's a drink vending machine too.

My girl aged 5.5 started JMC in Jan 22. This is her 8th month in her program. I am happy with her learning progress, skilled gained, structured materials, fun group class and lovely teacher.

Terrible service.
My piano has issue need to be repair. But need 3 months to make appointment and feedback was terrible slow (need you to follow up).
I already fixed by myself before they call me do I confirm to CHECK the issue.
By this slow feedback, I can't imagine if I do need repair by them will cost how much time & money within.

Went to Yamaha (HQ) today at 3.40pm, 27 August 2021 to look for an electone or keyboard dgx 660
Two staffs were there at the showroom.
The man was too busy showing off skills at the keyboard dgx 660. I am not sure he is hired to attend /serve customer or to enjoy his own playing.
Well, the other not so well verse lady was let to serve me.
She is kind of soft spoken. She could barely answer my question. Temporary staff maybe? I don't know. She didn't even know the predecessor model. Not even able to provide the most basic recommendation.
For eg: I asked her, which is the most advanced model of stagea? (i am not talking about what was displayed there) rather i want to get the advance model. You know what she answered.
She pointed at the only displayed model there and said that's student model (ie meaning basic) when obviously that isn't. 2 expressions pedals, 15 registration setting. Come on. Not student electone.
Then she couldn't answer the price etc. Well, she regularly refer to the guy who was so busy playing at the dgx 660. Too busy until despite he knows where thr price list is he cant take his hands off the dgx 660 and help to retrieve it. Just pointing from his seat to the lady.
That's okay. Fine.then we then walked over to dgx 660. (only 1 show unit there)
I mean, a customer is in front of u showing interest at the digital piano, u as a staff shouldn't u just get up and let us have a view on the keyboard.despite us signalling hoping we can come closer to the keyboard to have a closer look, Let us try etc.explain to us.
Well he is so so so so so overly enthusiastic with playing the keyboard thinking his playing sound so good. Not even giving us a chance to try.
Seriously i don't find that attractive. In fact that's so so rude.he is displaying a rude attitude.
And i guarantee u, i certainly not going to buy from hq. Imagine their after sales service. We came all the way to buy an instrument. And that's the treatment from your staffs. I guess they are well pampered there. Became complacent. Not even deserve a 1 star rating.
I sincerely hope the Higher Management will take note of this.
