If poor workmanship, over promising, poor service is what you are looking for, look no further.

Got my ppf installation done by their ‘well trained installer’. They promised that only 5 days is needed and after my endless rushing they only managed to deliver my car after 8 days- that is with me waiting in their workshop for 3 hours looking at how their ‘well trained installer’ anyhow quickly cut and stick the film onto my car.

Needless to say, all of the ppf were either senget, has jagged edge, has specks of dirt or stain under the ppf, has air bubble or was simply folded at the edge. Not to mention, my car original paint and some rubber was damaged during installation. And my boot has to be slammed really hard to close it because the ppf is blocking the edges - the well trained installer told me, this is normal after ppf installation.

The branch manager who inspected the car with me agreed that there are many defects that has to be rectified. I was put in contact with their operation manager Vicky who is soft-spoken but couldn’t be bothered to follow up with me to solve this problem. I had to fix all the damages myself and had to chase after him to claim back the cost. He then directed me to another outlet to fix my ppf and when I reached that outlet I was told that they couldn’t fix my ppf because they don’t have enough stock and manpower to do it. Up till right now, the operation manager Vicky is just wasting my time, energy and money. He refuses to let me discuss with his boss, nor is he working on to give me a reasonable solution.

So if you trust that they will honour their 5 year warranty… hahaha

So here goes.

The banner in front says Expert Car Detailer. I’m no expert but, how can they be expert car detailers if even the first step of car detailing - the car wash, was not done in a “car detailer” way? It was no different than any other roadside car wash (minus the products used).

1. The pre wash rinse down was not done.
2. The tyres were not cleaned first before anything else. - (always always do this first before snowing your car. Cleaned as in scrubbed cleaned tyres, rims and fenders)
3. The pre wash snow foam did not even cover the whole car properly. (Then what’s the point?)
4. There was no rinse off of the pre wash snow foam. (The snow foam is supposed to be rinsed off, and not used to actually wash the car)
5.what they did was used the pre wash foam as the wash shampoo and just mitt the whole car down. (No separate car shampoo in at least a 2 buckets method.)
5. They mitt the whole car from the bottom part - fenders and etc to the roof. (always top to bottom and always always panel by panel with rinsing of the mitt used in between in a separate clean bucket, you’ll leave scratch marks in your pain by dragging all that iron and etc from the bottom part up)

And the list just goes on.

For the price we pay to get a car detailed - it should at least be done by a trained detailer no? The point is, if even the car wash wasn’t done properly, was the polishing and coating done right?

Sent my car for the pro wash. Very happy with the service. Car was spotless, very attentive to details. Would definitely come back
