Replaced my cloudy HID projector headlights with a pair from F10. Services also included cleaning of the lamp cover. Overall result was unsatisfactorily as the brightness didn't improve after spending close to 2k. Highly not recommended.

Did my vehicle head / tail lamps PPF wrapped here. Steve was continual received my feed back & follow-up of the wrinkle surface touch-up till my safisfaction. Never regret for they services always!

Very bad time management. Price matters, acceptable but instructions given was not adhered. Failure of delivering work on time. First and a bad experience. Besides, job done was quite good. The foreign staff was good, even better than the staff or bosses sitting at the counter. They have shorted my light ballast but did a replacement for me. HID bulb was blown, also they did replace it. This their ok.

Good customer service and the explanation was great too. Simple and easy to understand. They managed to sort out my issue with my left headlamp and rewired it to perfection.

My car looks like a brand new, got my car cleaned and fixed (tail lamp broken). Very recommended

Excellent job! My yellow and crusted headlamp was reincarnated into a brand new headlamp. Staff was professionals and friendly too. I am a happy customer!

BE Very cautious dealing with this company, i have a car headlamp broken and I bring my car to them and ask for a repair, and they promise to fix JUST ONE SIDE OF THE BROKEN CAR HEADLAMP but end up when I am notified of the repair is complete and when I go to pick up my car I notice both lamps left and right has changed to the new one, then they charge me both side, this is a very unprofessional business practice, As I CLEARLY NOTIFY THEM I JUST NEED TO FIX ONE SIDE OF THE CAR HEADLAMP the broken one.and then later they called me and give me some special after-sales offer.

So what is the lesson for?

you should pay the deposit to the company with an invoice before they fix your car otherwise if you don't do so, you might end up getting paying extra and get yourself full of trouble.

Service is fast, workmanship and item quality is top notch. Price is not cheap but it’s justifiable for what you pay

Got scammed by this shop. Earlier price quoted was not same as final payment. Did comparison with other workshop first and price quite similar that is why chose them but in the end they are dishonest and have to pay double the amount. Becareful when go to this shop.

Shark Shop! I was there to check what was the issue for one of my headlamp fused. They said will check first and see what was the damage.
They found the caused and without informing or quoting me the price of replacement, they just completed the job straight.
They even used my other properly working ballast to test on a damage cable. In the end, my other ballast also busted and I was forced to change both of them instead of just one, which cost me a fortune.
Is this how people do business nowdays? Identified the cause of dmg but not informing the owner. Straightaway change and forced to pay? Very shark way of doing business. Although the issue was resolve but it was a very unsatisfying way to accept the payment.

Letak amoi cantik2 depan counter. Kita masok satu Pon tak layan. Semua buat2 bz pegang phone. Siap jalan depan saya buat2 tak nampak. Panggil Pon xda pandang. Pening jugak barang mahal bukan murah. Mungkin kalau service bagus sikit akan beli harga tak kisah, in macam mau beli Pon hati tak sedap. Apa boleh buat, nanti sudah beli Ferrari datang balik la. Baru ada layan kot. Boss Kasi advice sikit front desk customer service tak bagus macam itu. Satu hari satu org satu tahun sudah ramai u rugi.

Super helpful staff. Despite a busy time, happily accepted my walk-in on a small but time consuming issue (to properly adjust my new self-installed led bulbs). Addressed my issue quickly and perfectly. Highly recommended.

Horrible service! I’ve waited for 30mins for 1 car to be washed and then came swooped in a friend of the owner and got to wash his car first. These people are incompetent unfortunately… will never return!

Been there to do car tinted and coating works before.
- the workmanship for tinted, not to said bad, but let said it very bad with alot of dirt inside.
- coating, been charge for high price for 4 window only.

Everyone, who think they want to get a pricey with low service.u are welcome.

Outside there are alot more shop that better than this.

Seriously the best I wasn't expect my headlamp gonna be nice till like that with a reasonable price highly recomanded!
