Update 21/11/2021: received call from this company salesman and scolded me and said ''is that I wanna 'buat hal' '' after they saw my previous review about my expression about my experience with them. Such a scary company!
@chua kian chuan the company management haven't contact us till today since the incident happen. The review is where and what our consumer feedback and express our disappointment toward the company performance! And hopefully yours side can be improved and prevent this incident happen again to other consumer. But what I got was received a call from the company salesman scolded me and asking me ' is that I wanna buat hal' This is totally unacceptable. And my wife boss also received a call from the company salesman and having a background check with my wife. Is that a crime that misuse the consumer data which supposed use for bank loan application not a background check.

Went all the way to Cheras to check out their Prius. Both built year were advertised differently from Carlist. Its frustrating because they advertised as 2013, but the year made is actually 2011. Nak tipu agak2 la
Price is higher than what they posted. This car at the end they want 23k. Also ask me to change all the broken by myself.
Expensive to purchase cars. My close friend bought a Mercedes here. Later he had a slight accident and took the car back for a repair quotation. However, he pulled the car out from here and had it repaired elsewhere as the customer service was so bad. I had occasion to visit here while his car was here and the staff were just so ignorant. I would never go back.
