The quality of the product is very good. From showroom to installation to post work, we were very impressed on the service given by Sean as it was above expectation.

Highly recommend products of Window Elements as their products are worth the money spent and most important you can have after sale service of which most companies or person are lacking of. Much appreciate the service of their salesperson, Allen who took the trouble to explain their products to an amateur like me. Allen is not the typical sales person who will sweet talk and keep on pestering for sales but he would rather like his customers to understand their products before closing the deal. He will also object to reno decision that is going to be wrongfully made, not just blindly letting the customer to go ahead with the wrong choice. Can look for Allen to be served. Another to add, this company has clear segregation of duties, making it to be systematic. Thumbs up.
