Was in the shop to purchase Komine Jean's and purchased a couple of other smaller items, the friendly service and helpful service from Jason was great. Impressive range of bikes on display as well. Shop is of high quality, you wont be disappointed.

From my own experience.they got pretty good and friendly staffs. Even though I just bought a suit of raincoat, they still entertained me in a very good manner.

Every thing was great but a Chinese female sales executive/assistant have a very bad attitude issues while talking to any of the customer, feel bad for this store

I'm using a Kawasaki Vulcan 250, so when I went to their service centre earlier around last week or so, I told them to check my bike properly as they was some strange sound coming from the chain and. I specifically told them I'm going for a long ride.and the damn mechanic said he checked and he said its only the chain tightness. This week my parents went for a long ride. And the sound was really bad, so I went to a different shop to get a second opinion. And guess what, my sprocket was damaged and the chain was not in good condition. So the question is, what kind of good services do they provide? I don't know.up to you guys to decide. If anything happened to me or my parents during that ride, Its solely on them. I'm not an expert on bikes so all I can do is trust them. And basically trust them with our lives. And this shouldn't be the way.

Used to be good service but ever since most of their good staff left now only left with fast service as they wanna earn more. Sales exec very bossy attitude. While I'm waiting my bike once, thought of asking to upgrade but the sales exec too busy or pretend busy to attend me. If new bike, no choice to go there service as to maintain the warranty but once warranty over, there are plenty of real good service & cheaper workshop out there.

And the most important, my bike get it done very fast.

Good service is most important, and they did it well. They serve you professionally, unlike most motor shop. Recommended, very ideal place to buy a big cc motorcycle! And Small cc as well, helmets, suit, etc.
