Best Mazda specialist, even better than Mazda service centre. Had a knocking sound in my Mazda 2 and they sort out my issue with 10 times cheaper than Mazda service centre.

Decided to try and do normal service here. They had package for normal oil change which is fine for me. Waiting lounge is also ok and waiting time for standard oil change and other inspections was approx 1 hour plus. So the man in charge told me my rear absorber has cracked and advised me to change. So i agree to change considering my car has already run 140k km. Price was agreable. After changing which took another 2 hours, the man in charge said car is ready. So after paying i took the car out and just when i speed up to 10kmh it started to hv sound on the rear. So went back and said why does the rear is making metal sound when it is brand new. So he said just use it for few weeks should be ok. So i thought ok let me try but 30mins driving, it just doesnt feel right. It feels worst than before i changed the absorber.so i took it back and ask them to check. Waited for 30mins and the metal sound was gone BUT there was a light buzzing sound (dont know how to describe in words), in the end they said its actually the bearing. I tried arguing saying if its bearing how come before i changed the absorber it doesnt make any bearing problem sound? They said oh because its new absorber thats why. So to change the bearing cost me another rm750. What makes me really upset is because they should test the car first before handing it over to me. It makes no sense handing me a car that feels broken. To add they said they use genuine product from Mazda to change the absorber which all in cost about rm1.3k. When i said if its genuine shouldnt it have a warranty in case of defect? The man in charge said no warranty. So all in all im actually quite frustrated with the place. The cost is not that much different if sending to Mazda real 3s centre. Those that come here that gives good review i guess you’re lucky but my experience here is bad. Damage is 1.5k and still car got sound at the rear. If i didnt change the absorber i might save 1.3k and my car would sound fine.

Generally professional when it comes to genuine products and installation. Friendly service. But the problem is the price all up to the manager to quote. Price can go up and down. Sometimes when call and when arrive different price.

They now a real mazda dealer service. They have removed the Mazda logo. Duty to no original mazda warranty.

I was here to change my CX5 belt and tensioner. The service was great and the staffs were very good at explaining and provide the best solutions for my car. The tensioner change was fast too.
