Dishonest and unethical Allianz workshop panelist. Not only was I inconvenienced without a car, but I also spent an unnecessary amount of time and energy (and Grab $$) thanks to their dishonesty, negligence and haphazard cost cutting repairs. The dishonesty is what is most shameful.

First, I was told to wait a few days for the bumper replacement - totally understandable. Their repair turnaround time was really fast - 3 days. Upon picking up the car, I noticed they not only missed out fixing a LARGE obvious scratch on the car where the bike had smashed into me, but OMG they also hadn't replaced the car bumper they were paid to do. They had tried to fix the dent but lied to me they "replaced" the bumper? I raised this to their "boss" who reluctantly fixed it. No one takes any responsibility or accountability - ask anything and the answer is "I don't know". Avoid at all costs.

Didn't noticed that actually they just changed the surface until the same issue happened after few months. The other workshop's shown me how Weng Heng never really fix the core issue but just change the spare-parts they've mentioned (with extra charges), and some of the spare-part model is not exactly suit for my car, not long your car will have issue again.is these the business tactic? You could judge for yourself. Not recommend for the old car like me to go there.

Very good workshop and the person in-charge Mr Ray was very helpful. Recommended for auto claims, B&P and servicing.

They were pretty fast in the repair if my crashed vehicle. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Workmanship look good to me. Car was actually better to drive and more silent after the repairs than before. Only thing was they were unable to clear one of the fault codes so one of the warning lights in my meter cluster constantly comes on.
