Pay deposit and was promised 5 month waiting time (longest compared to others) but because the price was cheap i agree to wait.contact back the sale person at the end of the fifth month and said i need to wait another 2 month.saw others promoting this shop and said will get the motor in 3 month.i paid the booking 2 month earlier than that person.

2nd. December 2023 Today I come here to collect my number 6 motorcycles. The service of staff and management remains good after all these days. Good job.

I love this shop and that is why I have purchased 4 motorcycles and also recommended several friends to buy there. Very friendly and efficient, will definitely continue to support.

I'm updating my review since I last posted. Kwang, myself, and some of his customers were riding together to Sungai Lembing. Kwang was very kind to adjust the rear suspension of a KTM bike belonging to his customer. Personally, I feel very good seeing this incident. This is not something or service you could get from any motorcycle dealer. Keep it up, Kwang, we are looking forward to riding with you again.

Currently the Old showroom for make payments, & for their bikes mainly Vespa, Aprilia, Yamaha & with accessories, apparel still upstairs.

Their continental big bike Ducati, Aprilia, Husqvarna & used bike all move to their new showroom at No. 4, Jalan BRP 1/6, Bukit Rahman Putra.

A motorcycle dealer for premium brands. They were the longtime players of the industry and now it seems the 2nd generation is heading the future of the business.

Met Zi today while taking a look at the Vitpilen. A great chap knows inside out of the bike. As matter of fact he also own one himself. Appreciate his explainations and advise on bike spec and suitability.

Not really good in terms of after sale service. Looks like they just focus more on selling motorbike prospect.

Great team at WELLY Sg Buloh, knowledgable, friendly and accommodative. Fai and his team of able ladies. KLIM gear available, but due to year end low stock options ate limited but attractive pricing with good discounts. Definitely recommended

On top of being knowledgable in the products, Ah Fai is a very helpful member of Welly Sg Buloh. I a bit over a month for the stock to arrive from overseas and Ah Fai remembered to remind me to pick up the product. Bought a pair of Klim gloves and I'm very happy with the quality and condition it arrived in.

1st came to the store, bought YAMAHA brand Moped bike.asked for cash price how much, then the Customer service Guy said RM12.5K (all together, inc insurance road tax and nothing else to be worried about). When came to last day payment, went to the shop, additional RM500+ for Registeration for plate no (that which i thought incl as per say for RM12.5k), which the no plate registering, does not asked me as owner, which no plate you want, jus asked me the no i want, and registered at JPJ.service took a long time + didnt have a good exp in after sale service + additional and HIDDEN CHARGES! If you guys go here for a big bikes, for sure can.but still, a bit pricey and accessories outdated.bad exp here as a customer.im not mad because of the bike price, but im furious because of the hidden charges! If you guys being transparent on the 1st day, i wont be mad at all, coz im prepared to paid in fully cash! Im so furious when the answer for my question for “additional charges” is being answered as lame as it gets.really bad customer service.really bad!

Went for a check on my hyperstrada 821 and a change of rear tyre. Ms Shirley was helpful n detail in her work and so is the technician and the boss mr Hwang.

Great service by Anis and her team. Very friendly and professional. Trade in values are good too.
