Upstairs is helmets (mostly Shoei) & bike clothing accessories (mostly Alpinestars) since dealer for Shoei & Alpinestars.
Downstairs have new and pre-own motorbikes with 1 section especially for absorber services or repair.

Fantastic customer service from Zam who is also very knowledgeable about the products there. He got their supplier to ship an item directly to me and even followed up with me on the delivery status.

Quite easy to find. Was looking to buy new, open face Shoei helmet, protective jacket and gloves for my upcoming motorcycle purchase. Welly's delivered on all fronts. Big thanks to Dylan for sorting me out with my purchases in the showroom upstairs. No rush to buy - I took my own time to try on all 3 items I eventually purchased till I found the sze that felt most comfortable. Nice friendly bike chat with Dylan and other staff during my visit. Definitely will be going back to kit out my son and get the all important waterproofs. Thanks guys

First time heading over to Welly's and all I can say is that the experience was truly welcoming. Dylan assisted me in getting my riding gear and he was cool and patient in helping and answering each and every of my queries and gave personal opinions based on his experience which was priceless.

I can only say, if you're not buying branded stuff, you'll be treated differently. The staff seems to have more important matters to attend to, even I was the only customer there at that time.

Reason I came back because I experienced good service before when I bought shoei with them a year ago. Quite disappointed this time.

If you are looking for a Shoei this is the place to buy. Chris is very experianced and was able to adjust the fit of the Z7 perfectly. I arrived later in the evening and he stayed back after shop had closed to fit both helmets, no rush. #1 customer service.

Not worth a Star at all but unfortunately unable to post it if not putting a Star at all. Anyway, Stay away from this shop if you do not want to be regreted. Worse experience dealing with the owner of this shop. Btw, witness him mistreated one of his Malay staff (a guy) worse than a Indon maid. Not to mentioned how he handling a customer enquiries.
