I have been suffering from breast cancer for the past 1 year and 2 months. After trying everything, I was losing hope until I found him. His approach is unlike any other doctor I've met. I followed his instructions, changed my diet, and took the RGCC treatment he recommended. To my surprise, my cancer tumor size was reduced by 50% after 5 months! I'm grateful to Dr. Kenny and his team at Well Again Healthcare. I highly recommend him to anyone facing a cancer diagnosis.

My cousin’s colleague recommended me to seek Dr. Kenny for second opinion. I saw some of the review online and I was skeptical to go to Well Again Healthcare at first, but after the first consultation with Dr. Kenny, I had a different opinion. He's genuine and also spent time explaining to me the pros and cons of each cancer treatment available in his center. After discussing with my husband, we have decided to seek treatment at his centre. His personalized treatment and compassionate care won me over.

During my time attending the center I found every single one of the staff to be friendly, helpful, caring, and compassionate, I want to thank Victoria who spent time with me after many of my Hyperthermia treatment sessions.

I am satisfied with the nutritionist’s service at Well Again Healthcare. She has been helpful, and care about my overall well-being. Whenever I had questions, she got back to me immediately and sent me the info.

The staffs of this centre are friendly and helpful. Thank you Dr. Kenny and the entire team.

Doctors are very aware of the problems and conditions that will be encountered after vaccination, and the prevention is very effective. The whole process is logical and clear!

I have done a few comprehensive medical checkups at various hospitals/centers before. This is the only medical center that really going through and studying my personal dietary and medical history to recommend what is best for my health. The medical advisor Mr Chester is very knowledgeable, patience and professional in explaining the result of my medical check-up. He also provided very good and practical advice to improve my health and well being. The center looks a bit old but the professional advice is more crucial, in my opinion.

I bought a myfave voucher for a full body health check-up for women. Overall they did some interesting tests and I received some helpful results and the staff was nice. However, I had to go to the clinic 3 times within a month which was a bit annoying and costly but since it was Chinese New Year I understand that everything took a bit longer. The reason why I have to give a bad review is the fact that it really seemed to me like the staff member who dealt with me either tried to push sales for vaccinations by scaring women into the possibility of cancer and giving false misleading information or she didn't know what she was talking about - I don't know which one of the two is worse to be honest. The first time I was there she tried to convince me to get an HPV vaccination immediately (which is expensive, 750rm according to their website) although I told her that I am not 100% sure if I was already vaccinated against hpv and that I need to look into my records first and that I would like to do some research first before I commit to something like that. The next time after I had consulted a family member who is a doctor in Europe, I told her that there is no real point for me to get vaccinated against HPV at my age (I am 30) as I am not a virgin. I am also in a committed long-term monagomous relationship which means that me and my partner either already contracted the HPV virus in the past (and if the HPV infection persists, it would mean it is too late for the vaccination and it would be ineffective) or we didn't. The only way I could be exposed to HPV at this point would be if me or my partner had a new sex partner. Since that is not likely going to happen, spending money on an expensive vaccination doesn't make sense in my situation. She seemed confused by my explanation and acted like it was irrelevant and answered that the purpose of the HPV vaccination is to prevent cervical cancer and not infection and that it is not an STD. I honestly didn't know what to say. Of course, HPV is not an STD but the Human PapillomaVIRUS is transmitted through sexual contact! The HPV vaccination protects against infection of different types of the Human Papillomavirus which (if infected) can cause cancer. The vaccination cannot prevent cancer or have any effect if a person is already infected with HPV. If a non-infected person does not engage in sexual acitivites with a new partner they cannot contract HPV. I cannot believe that I had to attempt to explain this to an apparent healthcare professional and in result she didn't seem to understand my point. Furthermore, they seem to try and mislead women into thinking that the HPV vaccination is a cure for anything related to sexual health, such as already existing cervical changes or bacterial infections. Today I asked the staff member what I should do about a bacterial issue I have and she suggested the HPV vaccination once again as a first solution and acted like it would clear up everything, although HPV has absolutely NOTHING to do with bacterial infections! Needless to say, I took my results and will discuss them with an actual doctor because I honestly felt like I couldn't talke any of the advice seriously from this clinic. It was quite disappointing.

Very dissatisfied visit. Came here for a health check up - and wasnt satisfied with them. There a young Malay boy - who has no idea what he is doing, especially with the tests. There were 3 types of test using probes at certain point on my body - the China made and clearly unregulated machines, tht KID couldn't speak English nor can he elaborate on the machines used on me. The full blood count machine does not have daliy quality control which means there isn't anyway to know if the blood analyser is accurate.

Worst part, the test isn't done by a lab technician. I notice the blood pressure meter isn't calibrated nor is it serviced. The took imaging of my mouth which is a picture but they didn't produce the result.

Please think twice before you even apply to this company job. Interviewer are not even professional, giving out bad attitude and criticise people. While interviewing us, interviewer just look on the phone and doesn’t even have a proper professional interview question and attitude. Plus, all the important document text through WhatsApp and even send application form after working hours and everything else. Expect to fill up the application form by that around 9pm. Other then sending in our CV by email, everything else is sending out by WhatsApp. Which is unofficial and very unprofessional! Please think twice and consider carefully to work with this company.
Both me and my sister, are nutrition and medicine graduate. Never did I expect to get questions that suspect our professionalism! She even criticised us. I am a nutrition graduate, she asked me “what do you want to do in this 5 years”, yes that is a very good interview questions. But what’s next is worst. She said to me when I told her I wanted to further my studies in Master program, she then said to me “are you going to become a lecturer in some university that’s why u want to further study? ” Which I never had thought about doing. Then she continued “Because kids nowadays will never want to take up master program, as they just want to become lecturer”. I was shocked.
And then, My sister as a Malaysian medical school graduates, she even got criticised by her question. Such as “how long do you have to wait for housemanship? Why do you have to wait this long? Is it because you are non government universities graduate? Is it because you are from private university? ”.
After all, she just keep ask us u guys have to make sure you know what you want! And of course we are very sure what we want only we will come for this interview. But sorry we will never take up this job no matter how high our pay is.

First time doing blood test with my partner using fave and will never come back again. First of all we do not know if their nurses are registered nurses. As they are not aware that they need to use a new needle for blood test as i overheard from their consultants to ask their nurse to locate the new needle from the drawer as this has raised my suspicious on them. Arent they are trained to know their medical instruments located?

Also my partner, her so called "nurse" didnt know exactly how to even do a blood test without given a proper instruction. As the nurse suppose to instruct my partner to squeeze the ball to allow blood to pass smoothly. 3 to 4 mins of pain that my partner had encountered as the nurse failed to draw the blood.

Do not go there for safety issue. What if the consultants didnt instruct the nurse to get a new needle for blood test? What would have happen!

And for everyone please go to a actual clinic instead to get a blood test by a doctor. We were not aware of it until we have spoken our experience to our friend who is a doctor.

Front desk staff seems like budak budak just wanna get a part time job. No offense but you know what i mean. Lacks of professionalism.

Place is messy and the whole consultation is probably trying to scare you off, so you can buy things from them.

Overall bad experience! Total waste of time and $$$.

Very good service. Well, it isn't easy to see the centre from outside. So, you just search for Bank Islam. It is just right above Bank Islam.
