Kalau nak tukar tayar n upah murah, boleh buat sini.kalau nak tukar selain dr tue, absorber ke mounting ke steering rack ke xpayah la, buang masa.poor workmanship.buat alignment pun main2 ala kadar je.hari nie je bape customer dah kene, kene patah balik kedai, dia suruh tukar brg lain pulak.nut mounting pun dia tukar nut biasa je pun x bgtahu.sbb ori punya dah rosak.

The shop owner was very dishonest. They initially promised one thing, but when the wheel was ready to be installed and payment was about to be made, they immediately changed their stance. So, whether or not to patronize such a shop is something you can consider for yourself.

I want to find a tire, I found it on the website of a cheap tire shop I also Googled and continued to read the reviews they talked about in this store, it works well, tires of various brands, I will try to come and ask if the price is reasonable.

Tayar kat sini memang murah.tak pergi kedai lain dah.bawak member 2-3 orang semua kata murah.

Semalam tukar tayar kereta Honda. Tak boleh pergi weekend lama menunggu. Isnin-jumaat ok tak ramai sangat orang.

Bad service here.waiting for 2hours 20minutes for change 2 tyres.they said have queue, but their staff not follow the queue.too slow.already paid early with balancing but still wait to new queue for balancing.very bad service here

First time datang tukar tayar kat sini, layanan ok, harga tayar berpatutan, tukar tayar pun cepat, pekerja ramai. Saya berpuas hati datang tukar tayar dekat sini.

Many time come here, dont have any issue for my car n 4x4, swap, balance, allignment, change new tyre all can.avoid peak hour.

Shop posted good promo for Yokohama AE61 on Mudah. Connected with poster on WA, and agreed on day & time to visit workshop. But at workshop on said day, was told wanted tyres were unknowingly sold. Foreman recommended different tyres of higher prices. Declined, called contact, and arranged for a revisit.

On next visit, tyres were available. Installed + rubber valves + bal.at pre-nego'd price. Fresh rubbers (Week 16,2021) at time of install. Install promptly done in 1 hour from time shop opened (non-peak hours). No frills workshop = no waiting or seating area. Staff were friendly.

Discovered later the day that staff had scratched all 4 rims in the process (see pic). Provided feedback to contact and after investigation, apologized profusedly, and offered to arrange for rims to be repaired at rims workshop. Ultimately, settled for token compensation to save time.

Jumpa iklan rim kedai ni kat Mudah.my pastu sy chat dgn staff utk confirmkan stock yg dorang ada. Staff mmg peramah dan sangat banyak knowledge wlaupun umur masih muda especially Mr Ah Seng. Customer service mmg tiptop. Staff friendly dan tak sombong. Harga pun berpatutan dari kedai2 lain. Mmg berbaloi drive dari Gombak ke Puncak Alam sbb service dorang cun. Yg sedang cari rim tu, jgn fikir banyak, datang je ke kedai ni. Guarantee puas hati.

Changing absorber full set of my car. But they don't even bother to inform about degraded bushing that needs replacement until I notice it myself a day later. Probably because they don't have the spare parts. Price wise i would say slightly higher compare to others. Workmanship for tyre allignment is the only thing that i can applaud. All in all the myth of cheap price is busted. Moderate pricing would be the right word for this workshop.

They are extremely fast and accurate. Good service and very responsive. Highly recomended. Met many customers not from this area. Coming all the way as the service and price is good.

After several tire shop I have been attend to, I came long way from Shah Alam, (despite having tremendous amount of tire shop around) to this shop after intrigued by few strong good recommendation. Here is my amateur review:

1. The price is not the lowest for some brand (I found cheapest price elsewhere for some brand), but it is the lowest for some brand hence expensive for some. But remember lowest price is not the only factor to buy. You had to include other factor too such installation, balancing, alignment, and chamber adjustment. Since there so many brand to weight to sum it up, I would give 4 star for the tire price itself

2. I think the owner (he is likely in charge of everything), has consult me for the tire conditioning, positioning, sizing and type for the present tire and future tire to put on, was kind of convince me more for such the input. Its not an holy grail but I would say he is doing little extra miles than typical tire shop. Only when you in rush then consultation will drag you down since the shop ia quite full, car was in queue. So 4.5 star for the consultation time consuming (of course you had to have the right question to ask though)

3. This kinda upset me a bit since they told me alignment would cost Rm20 (still not upset here since typical shop will charge you around Rm30, so it is still below average) but after setting the alignment, they ask me Rm40 for chamber replacement. From my knowledge usually chamber were include in alignment cost which they only need to be adjusted. But he said cannot be adjust but had to replace the faulty chamber for Rm40 more. After several point I make with the worker, he said they will not change the chamber but adjust the chamber for Rm40. FROM HERE I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO LET THEM TO ADJUST THE CHAMBER FOR RM40 MORE.
PS: chamber adjustment too important too ignore since they will wear your tire uneven inside out if not setting its right.
So I will rate 1 star for the delusional pricing for the alignment.

So total up I will give 3.17 star.

Planning to change 4 tyres.came here today at 2.30pm but no one entertained.all worker busy playing phone.i entered the shop still no one entertained.felt frustrated i went to meru.found this one shop offered cheaper price for toyo CR1 205 55 16 RM249.at WD tyre cost RM265 (ask by phone call before came here) good rating doesn't reflected their service.your choice
