I don't want to give even one star. It's the first time I met someone who didn't want to do business. The message already mentioned the car payment, and then I replied with a question about where I live. What does it matter? Finally, I asked about the price of the tires. Wilson, who is Chinese, said that Axia has many inches. You have to specify which size, 14 inches or 15 inches.
Obviously I had clearly written down the car model and the prices of the three brands of tires. I was not familiar with tire stuff, so I ended up hanging him up. It would be better if the tires were well-measured.
Finally, I asked for the 14-inch price and he didn’t reply for 2 days. There are many good and affordable car dealers nearby. Just ask and you will get the price answer immediately

The staff who attend me (Wilson) is very helpful & friendly.he is very responsive.very recommended for those who’s looking for Rim/Tyre.

Apparently with this shop you cannot do any inquiry via wassap, they will only entertain you if you come to their shop. No use of having a socmed or wassap account then, defeat the purposes. And another thing they do judge you even thru wassap.well not this shop for me, there’s way many more better and friendlier seller out there.

There is one Chinese Manager! Im Not Being racist here. Just want to say. Treat Customer with Manner. Don't judge the customer whether he have money or not.

I can hear him whispering something to his Staff! Later the staff say something different to me.

Worst-case I don't recommend to buy second Tyre. New one also not worth it. If an emergency pls do take picture of ur new tyres n do take note before install or buy from there.from My though not a good place for car service

Staff friendly. Sales consultant pun tentative. Alignment better than typical shop but a bit pricey. Highly recommended. Open till night.

A+ service by Mr Wilson & the team, everything was checked / assessed and tried out before handing over the keys back to me to drive.

Dissappointed with the service. Experts in rims but cannot do a simple task. They broke one of the parts of the rim and didn't have the gut to informed straight away. Instead, all the staff gather and whispered at each other. They asked us to go the another workshop to repair the damage that they did. They did say sorry but we still have to spend extra money to repair it. And no discount were given due to the damage.

Jual rim gelong, sebelom ambil cek dulu. Celaka punya kedai. Not recommended to buy this shop. Harap bankrupt cepat. Ananya orng.
