If you're looking for a hassle-free VW car, get from this place. Highly recommend to find Ms Mun Ee as your salesperson. She has the best deals and best after-sales service!

Pilih servis kt sini sbb MHV pernah mnjadi pusat servis terbaik utk VW. So far dh 3 thn. Agak kurang memuaskn adlh tmpt menunggu semasa servis dijalankn. Sbbnya, kurang selesa berlegar2 di showroom tanpa ruang khusus.

They noted my details and said they couldn't do the service the same day and booked another day slot, saying they would call me a day before. Never received a call.

Volkswagen should have more reliable service centre otherwise it will dominant to only incompetence technical one company. My case experience with rattling issue inside panel still unresolved for a year.it waste times went there and wait for my car plus no proper record everytime i visited for same complaint.
Almost give up with their services and hope there will a light in the end of the tunnel soon.

I drive new Tiguan 2023 Rline without any error/issue until I came for first time service at this service centre. After the 1st week service, I got so many alarms, ABS, cornering light, tyre pressure, line assist, etc altogether. Worst thing is, hard to make appointment since they only do service on Saturday & Sunday. Regret sending my car here. Looks like I have to no choice but to apply for leave just to get rid of the errors.

After collect the new car (Arteon R-Line), media USB issue. Complain 2021 til now still haven’t solve the problem! Keep saying software problem! No responsibility at all!
Drive half way ur reverse camera can suddenly switch off not functioning and also dashboard is not working suddenly!
If ur software is not stable at all please don lounge ur car out and some more is a luxury car!

Overall the service is good, just that it needs to improve a bit when it comes to attending customers during servicing. Had to wait over an hour to see the service advisor, despite already making an appointment.

Bought Golf from Mun Ee. It was very obvious that she has vast experience when dealing with customer. She handled everything smoothly. I am very glad having her as my SA. And for the car, Golf exceeds my expectation. I am very happy.

The best among the 3 or 4 VW service centers, I know. Not a big name like Federal Auto but strive big in providing great service; courteous & competence staff.

Send my car here for repair quotation on Tuesday Aug 30, waited the service team back to work after merdeka holiday but no update from the service advisor Shxxxx even though I call them on Sep 1. The service advisor finally contact me for update after second call made at Sep 2 morning.

As the reason above, I decided to get my car back and choose a better workshop, however I waited them for 1hour+ at the service center for them to handover back my car. I informed Shxxxx that I will come at Sep 3 to get the car, and I arrived the center at 1.50pm, the receptionist told me that Shxxxx is on lunch time, and he will back at 2.30pm. But still the car is not handover back to me at 3pm, still waiting like nobody!

Think twice before send your car here.

My 1st time experience here. Booking via telephone was efficient. I sent the car 1 day earlier and picked up 1 day after the service day.
On the day of the service, the service supervisor called on early part of the day to discuss works to be done. I agreed to some of the work. I was impressed. Then the supervisor called again in the evening to inform that my car was ready to be collected and total price to be paid. I told him that I am only free the next day to collect my car. He told me that’s ok and I can come anytime. I am still impressed. Next day, I took a few hours off and arrived at the service centre at 12.27 pm. This is when everything went downhill. Immediately I went and spoke to the service centre receptionist. She told me to take a seat and the service supervisor will attend to me. At 1 pm, nobody attended to me. I approached the receptionist and enquired why I was not attended? She softly told me that the person was out for lunch and will be back soon.
I told her this is wrong. I am a client and I should be informed about this. Furthermore, someone else should cover when he went to lunch. A Chinese guy who was within the vicinity came to attend to me. However, he couldn’t explained why some services / spare-parts agreed earlier were not done or change. I told him to call the guy in charge. He did and told me to wait another 5 minutes. But I waited another 20 minutes. He arrived without apology and explained the problem. I enquired why he didn’t inform me yesterday when he called. Why told me that the car was ready when it is not?
He took another 30 mins to explain about the service and billing.

At 2.15 pm, he took me to my car.

He assured me everything is well. When I switched the ignition on, I notice warning lights on ABS, tyres and airbags were lighted. I planned to call him when I arrived at my next appointment because I was extremely late.
When I called him about 30 minutes later, why this problem after the service?
He coolly said it was OK yesterday.
The way he answered and manoeuvre d hinted to me that he didn’t think he is responsible for that.
My layman thinking and rational - if they have done good and adequate servicing they would have picked up or rectified any issue. Did they miss it? Did they cause it?

I strongly feel that all discussions should be done before a client comes to collect the car.
I feel the supervisor should be transparent about the issue relating to my car. He should wait to discuss when I am collecting the car.

The entire episodes took my off time. A 30 minute job took almost 2hrs 30 mins due to incompetence staff.

I am hoping that the manager of the service centre will read my comments. I hope they will approach me to explain everything that happened.

This is a good reason for not buying new VW in the future.

I have full mark to the service centre buildings.
I was generous to give 2 star out of 5 stars for the services accorded to me and my car.

Customer service was so terrible. Already made an appointment for vehicle checking. Turned out being told that they didn't key in system and wasted my time. Disappointed!

I was looking to get Passat Elegance (my first one being B7 which still run perfectly after 9 good years). I came across this place via carlist and in touch with salesperson (Ms. Mun Ee). Her service was fast and detailed and she go extra miles to serve you with all the doubts. I got my car within 5 days from the date of me confirming it. This dealer is well organized and had been winning the dealership of the year for straight 5 years now. Guys, if you wanna get a VW, this is the place and look for Mun Ee.

Bought my second Passat (Elegance) from MHV.
1st passat was from Wing Hin Balakong (super friendly Sales agent = Mr. Ivan Wan) but I heard that they closed down permanently due to MCO. Sad!

MHV is a model showroom and a service center for all VW in Malaysia. They are well organized, customer friendly and seriously follow up on customer complaints.
I have had multiple problems with my media player and the instrument panel, and Mr. John (the after sales manager) has been very supportive and been liaising with Germany to settle the software issues. Otherwise, the car is a charm to drive.

Those looking for a VW car, this place is "The place" you should be looking.
Ask for Ivan Wan.

One of the better service centres around. Well done VW Gombak. However I'd like to point out that not all items are under warranty. For example I went to check my sagging roof line and they mentioned that interior stuffs are not under warranty, which includes roof linings and door plastic handle. These two are the common culprits to break.
