Lousy service by the staffs. Vax is a lousy vacuum. Spent RM3K for the vacuum and the battery spoiled 2 times in a year, and now the vacuum hose is broken. Called them and Asked me to wait 1 month for the replacement. Not to mention I also waited 1 month for the first battery replacement. What is the point of having a warranty and no replacement readily. 2 months warranty gone just by waiting for the parts. Good marketing strategy! Gave 1 star is being too kind to them and this lousy brand!

Sent dolce gusto Nescafé machine for repair. Came across very professional and helpful, even though they do not carry the spare parts for Krups. They really have customer in mind, keep it up!
Customer service of visionary solution is excellent. However, appointed area service agent is poorly selected. Service agent that yelling at customer when we the customer disappointed on their service. Again the competency of the appointed service agent is questionable. Always use reason of busy as typical answer. There are a lot of better service agent, but the worst is chosen. Service agent also represent image of visionary solution.
Very happy and impressed with the service at this place, and I've been here 2 times already:
1st time - Counter lady was very very helpful, she carried our HiZero from the car even though we said we could carry it over ourselves. She was very knowledgeable because she managed to diagnose the problem herself. We sent it in for repair and they contacted us to pick it up within 1 week. Very fast service + not expensive to repair.
2nd time - Best experience I ever had from a service center. We missed out on their lion dance, but all their staff were around so they attended to us immediately. Staff 1 instantly recognized the problem, and fixed it within 5 minutes. Staff 2 helped us fix our wastage tank detection problem, and we even got a new wastage tank and lid free of charge. Altogether took less than 15 mins so we didn't even have to pay parking xD

I came to the shop today. I was not aware that an appointment must be done in order to enter. Then, one lady from the shop approached me. She was not friendly at all. She should tell me in a polite way instead of with a rude tone just to shush me away. This is my first and last coming to this shop. Please train your staff to be more attentive to all the clients. If I could rate 0 star, I would.

I have come here twice now to bring a product in for repair and have had a wonderful experience. Polite efficient and knowledgeable staff. Thoroughly recommend looking at the products they carry. With after sales services like this it’s great.
Helpful customer service. Went the distance to assist me. Maybe I overworked it during the MCO, my KitchenAid and Hizero need some tender loving care. All good now. Bought some Blueair filters too and got some freebies.
My Blueair Classic 405 (bought in July 2021) fell from my console table and stopped working. I thought that was it, the device was done and I had to pay top dollar to get it fixed. However, I was informed that the repairs will still be covered by warranty eventhough the damage was due to my own carelessness. Top service. Staff were friendly, professional and responded and followed up to my calls and emails promptly.
