I am very satisfied that they are good performance and faster to their job. Even they shared and explained me this motor problem and everything for understanding. It is awesome. In addition that, they are doing faster to find and get the stock for replacing as soon as possible. For one day they can be complete to fix the engine motor and oil engine too.

Waiting time 5 hours, did normal service (oil/air filter), change brake pad, oring & valve cover gasket.but the sound klo klo klo still same (I mentioned to them, doesn't solve my problem.

Never did I know the service quality offered by VCL before I stepped foot in the workshop. Throughout my years of experience in car maintenance around Bandar Puteri Puchong, VCL is by far the BEST of the best in its class of work! Judging from the number of cars sent to this workshop daily, it's not difficult to tell how honest and professional the mechanics are, especially a staff member named Vincent. Not only is he resourceful, he is also courteous and super knowledgeable in every aspect of cars, be it Japanese or European made ones. Just had my Alphard serviced and repaired at VCL today and I am nothing but grateful for having come across this workshop. Don't just take my word for it.
