It was my first time servicing my car outside of VW SC. I can say VAGTechnik did a better job and provided a better service compared to VW. All that done at a better pricing!

Terbaik service dan layanan En. Awfar, Setiap ceruk kereta saya semua check. Selalunya bengkel lain tukar dulu sebelum bagitahu, disini En. Awfar berikan saya gambar dan explain one by one apa masalah. Technician buat kerja dengan cermat dan teliti untuk kereta saya.

My go to place for servicing and repairing my Volkswagen. The price is reasonable. Waiting room is comfortable, and stockful of snacks. Service advisor is attentive. For me, the waiting time is a bit long, but compensated by great service

Professional procedure and excellent advisor, pricing wise I'm not really sure if it's reasonable but I think at least the repair job and process is up to standard

Went in at 8.40am and waited 9am for my SA to start briefing on variable oil services and pre long trip inspection. Oil service package's prices are different from the website probably at higher costs now?

Routine check discovered left+right+center lower arm bushes cracked and requiring additional 4hours job which I was unable to commit.

Overall good services there till 1.30pm, SA was friendly and patient to brief me to my understanding. Best if there is a window to oversee the servicing works being carrying out on your vehicle.

Next following day after the oil services and inspection, alternator failed halfway on my long trip north.

Did several repair work here for my VW mpv. So far, repair price is reasonable with professional staff service. Still, nothing beats their customer waiting area which offer lots of free light food and drinks. Try yourself

I went to this branch to do major service 60,000km for my Polo HB 1.6. It was a really good experience. Sales advisor and mechanics were helpful in explaining what’s needed and what’s not for my car. Worth every penny!

Had a completely new OEM turbo replacement on my Passat CC for rm5xxx as advised by the service advisor, and later found out it wasn't the problem but the piston cracked which caused white smoke released from the exhaust pipe. Seek for second opinion before you made your decision!

mr steven, the manager, the customer service is very good, the price quoted is acceptable, fast turnaround whenever customer asking question,
mr haszreen is good, attentive,
the part prices is reasonable compare to the other workshop
the customer lounge is very good, sofas available, many chairs for customers, the television has a nice selection of movies, the lounge is air conditioned
the toilet is very good, clean
the refreshments are very good, has maggi cups, many varity of peanuts, hot drinks, cold drinks, soft drinks, please feel free to look at the pictures I've taken
