These guys are good, reliable and really cost effective.
Had an EPC issue with my VW Polo 1.2 TSI and brought it this morning. Its usually a challenge to get immeidate attention especially towards major public holidays or so given the plans to shut down etc, nonetheless, i bumped into Adam at 9am and he decided to delight me by immediately attending to the EPC issue.
I used this opportunity to get my 10K Mileage service done (hoping my request can be considered) - And to my surprise, he said no problem - we will get it done since we are fixing the EPC issue.
The icing on the cake was they were supposed to close by 2pm today. I could not be there by 2 and earliest i could reach is 3: 30. He was kind enough to accomodate my request and waited for me.
Glad the issues in the car has been sorted out asap today. Very fortunate that they squeezed in my request despite a last minute, Walk in on the eve of Reunion CNY.

Been sending my car for servicing and repairs for a few years and the quality of work has deteriorated so badly and some incidences of negligent occurred including installing clips for hose incorrectly, not locking top cover of coolant tank and many more, worst is the repairing of same issues few times before getting it right. As of now, migrating to other more responsible workshops. The only mitigating factor is that the service adviser is responsive (MJ) but the workshop has my thumbs down.

Have been here for about 2 years to service and fix my Polo, sometimes a bit slow, but expected due to volume of customers. Advisors have always been helpful in trying to get matters resolved quickly and affordably. Shoutout to Adam for always helping out, should give him promotion.

Just picked my car yesterday for service and coolant leak issue, all sorted out really good, customer service is top notch. Second time sending my car here, never disappoint.

I travelled from KL to Gelnmarie just to see this shop for electrical issue. I arrived at 11: 30am and asked for a technician who can check electric issues. I was informed the technician will be back after lunch, at around 2pm. I waited nearby that I can get the car checked later. When came back at 2pm, the electrician checked for not more than 2 minutes (the backlight and inside lights slightly flicker). I asked what's the issue? The technician said, don't know, it need further check and come another day cox it's Saturday.when they are open on Saturday till 7pm. Come another day? Why are you wasting time? I waited 4 hours just for the answer "come another day" without checking or diagnosis what the issue is? What if I come another day and you tell me the same "come another day"? Why is there no effort to check? Just open bonnet, read battery power, and close?

So far they have been really efficient and professional. Price is definitely more reasonable and affordable.

Very reasonable pricing and good client service. Workshops like them makes owning an European car affordable for everyone. I've been sending my cars to them since years ago when they still service for subaru cars.

I leave my car for more than 10days for replacement abs pump which already completed within 2-3 days. But why > 10days, cos my water coolant level keep decreasing everyday. They told me nothing wrong with it.

When i collect it, car is dirty but is ok cos they are not specialized. But its messy job.

Engine cover rubber nut missing. Now the cover is shaking.

Aluminum foil to protect overheat front bonnet missing. After i called up n ask for it. They replaced it with old and my guess is taken from another owner.

The intake air flow in compartment not properly fix.

Minor issue: didnt update the next service schedule from the display.

After paying total incl abs pump for 4k+ yet my coolant system still fail and i have to refill it every 1-2 days!

Then I send to non VW specialists, they could detect it the radiator tank is leaking within 30mins!

This Glenmarie outlet, I used to love it very much. But now the PIC shifted to Puchong outlet. Will go Puchong since Gavin is base there who more knowledgeable and responsible.

My friends sent for replacement of mecha didnt last 1 month even with 6months warranty doesn’t means we like towing services.

My Passat B7 broke down at Subang and just a call to VAGtech they came to the rescued in just a few minutes.
Managed to start it and brought to the workshop at Glenmarie.
Fast Service. Reliable and most importantly the prices are cheaper here compare to other outlets I have been.
Helpful and explanation very well.
Their waiting room are comfortable and well stocked for tidbits and drinks.
Now will default this service centre for my Passat.

Maybe good for some, but totally the pits in my experience! Waited 9 hours to do a half hour job. The SA is very apologetic but during my 8 hour observation, the mechanic (Joon) was not working, more interested to do PR with the manager there, sashaying in and out of the office. Look at one car for a minute outside and going back in the office to cool off. Lunch and repeat. In the end, the job is not done well. The manager is also not interested and appears to be in competition with the SAs. I always end up going there twice to do the same job. The last straw was they did not tighten the sub frame properly and I can imagine what danger will befall me if the vehicle collapsed! DON'T risk it, you will get a good job done in Kota Damansara branch.

Just visited the place. Very good service with reasonable prices. But they only do continental cars.

VAGTechnik makes owning and maintaining a Volkswagen or Audi car more palatable because you know that you have a good place to go to get repairs.

Good service. Waiting area very comfortable with some snacks, drinks n instant noodle. Reasonable price.

Been here for Few times for servicing but the last visit was a disappointment. Arrived quite late on one saturday morning (10.30am) Been told to leave my Q3 for 2days for just a simple diagnoses since they were out of hand. A lady that arrived later than me surprisingly was explained nicely by the person in charge that her car will be checked later in the afternoon

I brought my Audi here for some repair and I was very happy with the workmanship and the professional way that the front office staff worked. The diagnostics work was done quickly and I was given an explanation of what the problem was and was also shown the faulty component. The team was kind enough to do a temporary fix for free and gave me an estimate of what it would cost to do a permanent repair. I then made an appointment and the repair work took place on time, on budget, and I have had no problems with my car since. Very pleased with VAGTechnik Glenmarie, would definitely come back here for any issues in the future.

They said this was indeed the best option to get your VW repairs and parts replacement. After first time doing some replacements on the parts they left my water spray windshield not working. They need to repair it immediately.

Good workshop to perform servicing & basic fixes. Friendly & knowledgeable SAs & technicians. Very competitive pricing. Love the waiting area which is comfortable with complimentary drinks & snacks. You can also see the workshop from it. My go to for servicing my VW.

Honestly speaking, this is by far the best I've been to. They don't try to overcharge me. Technically good, and work fast.
