Dalam whatsapp kata motor tak ada apa apa masalah, aku siap call lagi, motor 2nd.sbb aku datang jauh, tu aku tanya nak confirmkan, kondisi tu x jadi masalah, yg penting motor bila start boleh terus guna.tp bila aku dtg tengok dua dua motor yg aku tanya, kata sales tu ada benda nak kena repair.sembang mcm cincau.masa aku tanya tu kau jujur jela bagitau ada part yg nak kene tukar.cincau.buang masa aku.nasri nama dia.dgn sorg lagi tat, pandai2 tukar harga sendiri, minggu lepas aku tanya harga lain, lepastu esok harga lain.zzzz cincau.

Very slow process.i book 2 weeks still not get it.sales man said maximum 2 weeks.but after 2 weeks he say 2 weeks more then it is 1 months already? I need honesty.and i canceled the booking, luckily can claim back booking money.and i buy from others bike shop the process very fast, the next day i already got my bike.

salesman: tak ada bro.tapi you boleh booking dulu, nanti stock sampai, first bike tu i bagi you.me: kalau i booking hari ni, bila i boleh dapat?
salesman: bulan 6 bro.me: bulan 6 tu bila? 1 hari bulan 6?
salesman: minggu pertama atau minggu kedua
me: confirm paling lambat minggu ke dua bro?

salesman: ye bos ramai yg tgh pending sbb process kilang tak jalan lgi.

1.tak jalan? - menipu sebab (call kedai lain diorang bagi tahu jujur jer dorang cakap lambat sampai, mungkin sebulan lebih baru sampai sebab kilang tak beroperasi macam biasa, half day jer sekarang.)
2.ramai tgh pending - you cakap first bike tu i punya, kenapa pulak ramai? Kenapa masa mula2 nak booking you tak cakap yang ada ramai booking so kene tunggu giliran.jujur jer senang?

I tak marah cuma cuba la jadi jujur macam kedai lain.tak payah la menipu untuk dapat pelanggan.post dalam public baru gelabah.i cuma mau your salesman ubah cara, jangan menipu sebab apa? Contoh macam i, i nak cepat tu sebab motor i pakai sekarang dah excident dan total loss.so i perlukan kenderaan untuk pergi kerja.hari2 naik public transport kos tinggi.bukan gaji besar bukan orang kaya.dan sebab tu la i beli cash.orang miskin tak mampu berhutang.simpan duit sikit2.time emergency macam ni la nak guna.

Very poor workshop motor ever. Bawak minyak hitam sendiri nk tukar sekali charge sampai rm30 gila babi punya cina, lepas tu gitau rantai kering then klau nk spray kene beli. Dasar cekik darah. Padahal moto aku beli beli dari kedai dia jugak. Hati2 guys servis pon teruk xde lah elok mana

Awal2 deal lain, lepas beli dapat lain. Gift memang barang takde kualiti. Sebelum beli janji first servis free upah + minyak hitam, lepas beli moto terus lupa janji. Upah tukar mnyk hitam rm20!? Harga yahudi! Mr Ming tu jenis tak reply whatapps lgsung. Aku nk daftar no plate pun dia kata tak bole, sebab lambat nk buat urusan tu semua.puihh! Padahal dia nk tolak cepat moto so takde komitmen dgn customer dah. Not recommended shop!
