I've been servicing my Perodua car in their Utama Service Centre. So when my car met in an accident, I naturally came here to send my car for repair. I regret it so much. Calls not answered, messages not replied. Customer service down the drain. Workshop closes at 5pm, texts me at 3.30pm to collect my car, on a working day. Kept insisting that I have to sign before I see and inspect the car during collection. Once I see my car, suddenly the sensors were beeping continuously. How can they release the car without prior checking.

My car already total lost. Got towing by this company. The police and insurance said already total lost but then this company scam me. They lie said already total lost. Pay with cheap payment like peanut and then they use my car. After a few years, the company use my car and I got saman from PBT. Such are scammer. Don't go service here. This company are totally scammer. When I ask about car, they already said the car total lost. This company are lier. But they take my geran and said insurance want. But they sold to someone else. What are stupid people. Go to die. You guys will not safe in this world.

Hantar kereta accident.lepas ambik mmg depa xreti buat qc, kereta bunyi teruk, 2 3 kali hantar balik sama ja.xde penyelesaian.setakat nak ambik duit insurance je. Jahanam.

Rude staff, it's okay to wait 1 hour 30 minutes but wait 3 hours it's not even ready

Worst service ever
No follow up or anything during repair
Promise 1 week and it takes 2 weeks
Besides they ransack my car

Please to all Malaysian do not buy Perodua cars. Service is bad and during warranty they won't changed parts. All its matters money during service

Helpful and good service the girl working at the counter. Easy explanation when we need answers

Usaha lebih sikit.workmanship kena improve.claim² insurance tu walau pun bukan duit customer tp sendiri ingat

Repair kereta tak sempurna.bila ambil bunyi ekzos pecah.padahal dah beritahu hal ni.juga bumper hadapan yg klip terbuka.cermin yg dituka pada binet belakang ada lagi serpihan cermin dlm bonet tak dibuang keluar.tak sampai 3 bulan cermin pecah semula.bukan sebab kena batu atau khianat.minta penjelasan pada bengkel ini berkenaan cermin ni tak sampai 3 bulan crack.staff kata akan bg fedback 2 jam kemudian.sampai sekarang senyap terus dah 2 bulan.

This is the only Service Centre of Perodua in Pandamaran/Port Klang. It's advisable to book your appointment date for car service rather than Walk-in. The service are usual, the staff are okay. Not so arrogant or friendly either. At least better have than never.

Service yang sangat teruk.penipu.cat yang teruk.khidmat yang diberi charge harga tinggi tapi buat cikai.claim eksiden di buat pada 2014.semasa kereta keluar bengkel.cat tidak licin mcm kena simbah ja.bukan di cat 2 layer seperti yang dijanjikan.harini saya tukar lampu spotlight.apa yg saya dpt.lampu spotlight kereta saya hanya di gam bahagian belakang.sedangkan dpt claim original.mana barang ori sy? Banned this workshop.

My car meet accident this, its very minor accident just replace my rear bumper and boot internal parts 1st time my boot unable open, and then they replace another lock and their mention previously the rear boot lock never change
And they replace another new one, and now my rear viper isn't working sometime it take time to function and sometimes it does work at all and back to square one rear boot unable to open

Quite disappointed with their service, no clear instructions of what to do. Walk in, give the key, wait, pay and collect the car. That's it. Wait for an hour or so. Not sure if they really check properly.

Busy center, all staffs busy like hell, lack of smile, but understand that because of busy. Well, what I can say is, there's still room to improve.
