@Toyota SC, you really failed this round after 10yrs+ with you.

Please treat your customer who bought your hybrid car and fully servicing with you (never missed) with more respect.

Called to asked why malfunction indicator lamp appeared, last Friday 29/12. Requested made appointment on earliest Tuesday, 1/1 to check.

On 1/1, upon arrived at 9am+, found no booking in system and treated as "walk-in" customer.

Their service order form stated est.delivery 5pm, which was different from earlier advisor verbally mentioned 3pm+. Why?

Then at 3pm received a call and said the car full of errors after diagnosis (without showing proofs) and the car will not be ready while I'm still waiting in their SC lounge. Time to time I took peeps, the car was not even pickup to repair base until 2pm+.

At the end, just asked you to wait for call tomorrow. This is how you treat you customer?

Respect? Why you still accept my car when you had no time to check it at all since morning today?

You are making your customer very inconveniences.

Services lambat betul lahh. Repair bumper sahaja dia ambil aku setengah bulan, orang tanya bila siap dia pun buat tak tau dan suruh orang tunggu sahaja walaupun sudah setengah bulan, dia pun kata service customer lain dulu. KENAPE LAH MACAM TU. Yang pertama kali bagi tau hanya seminggu boleh siap, professional negligance betul

Very very poor service.buat HILANG saya punya documents (police report IC DRIVING LISEN ETC), tapi cari excuse and keep dragging me say still ordering the car bumper. After 1-2 months I call again, then only tell me the truth, as one of the worker is resigned already so subsequent worker never follow up my case. Finally after 3 months, they boleh repair kereta saya. TAPI repairing very slow, to change one bumper took 2 weeks. If can please go to another workshop to do the repairing. PLEASE AVOID HERE

Slow service. Service advisor was rude and not being helpful. Can't even consider my request to fix my car issue. Totally disappointed with this service centre!

Bought my cars from Ramli (Sales) & have been sending them for service to Izian (service) here for the past 10 years.

Am always satisfied with the professional & dedicated service provided by them.

The service center is also very spacious & comfy if you plan to wait for your car to be service.

I called for a week, the contact number either line is busy or no one answer. No way to make appointment for servicing the car.

Prefer it under Toyota directly before.now under dealership and the quality have drop plus getting warranty claim is almost impossible.

Bad showroom services. Been there 2 times wanna see/test the car but not getting attended well or maybe I'm not the potential customer for them. Last I placed order with Honda. ️

Very bad service.my car service at 10.45pm and the customer service promise my car will finish by 1pm.
After about 12pm, i notice that my car time to ready delivery extend to 2pm but after 2pm i go to customer service ask my car ready already or not, the guy said still checking need 1 more hour. I feel very angry why take time estimate the promise didn't notice me.this is not my 1st experience at here, last service before also same situation.this is my poor service center meet before

Have open house on launch of new model but Sales Manager is on vacation!
On top of that, the refreshments for visitors are grabbed and gobbled up by Sales reps and service technicians.
The final straw is they ordered a very limited number of packs of refreshments with many going to Sales reps and service technicians.
Wow, you call this a launch of a new model and an invitation to view and hopefully secure as many sales orders as possible.
You decide.

Poor customer service, SA do not update my purchase order status from time to time and didn't explain clearly regarding my concerns. The car delivery is not within the timeframe as promised. I have to settle the car loan by myself.

Over a decade of servicing our car in this center, we have decided to move on because our last 3 experiences were just not good. The checkup wasn't thorough leading to damages that could have easily repaired much earlier. Most parts that we needed to change were also overpriced by at least 10 times compared to other workshops.

This is the biggest and most disappointing toyota showroom ever. Big place but only 2 vehicles on display. I feel bad for the sales people how do you sell a car with an almost empty showroom? Dealer is so incompetent cant even sort out display and test units

Service is good. Place is spacious and comfortable for you to wait while waiting for your car to be serviced. Friendly staff.
