The Admin Rep and Supervisor were proactive, explaining details to the extend like tyre manufacturing date and it matches for all 4 tyres, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Went to this random shop for alignment because my favourite tyre shop changed owner.the guy insisted on camber nuts. I declined and proceed with alignment.car was pulling left.went back to complain.he insisted because my car was without camber nuts.and blame every other thing on my car that was causing the problem.ie.bushes, suspension, tyres. (my bushes, 4x shock absorbers, 4x tyres are new btw)

in the end went to another shop and my aligent was fixed.wasted money and time here.avoid this shop

Went for tyre rotation, balancing and alignment services. The waiting area is very comfortable and the admin is helpful in answering all my questions. The service technician did a thorough explanation of the current condition of the tyres and rims, and also a test drive after the service is completed. Pricing is fair considering the professional service. Will return again for future services.

The service is not bad but the price is definitely overcharge. Primacy 4 can get with RM600 in Bandar Sunway while they are selling RM708. Also ask me to change chamber screw by charging RM150 and give me a discount of RM20 after I said it was too expensive.

Changed my Myvi tires here. The Michelin XM2+ was out of stock when I initially called but the manager arranged the tires to be sent from their other branch and they arrive within an hour. All this was arranged via phone on a Sunday. Price was also very competitive.

The shop also has an air conditioned lounge for customers waiting for their car.

The service was also fast and efficient.

Overall, I am very satisfied with their service. 10/10 would change tire here again.

Very expensive place for car repairs. After quoted the price, I walk away. More than double what others would charge for a simple change of tyres. Had patronise them before, was good then. Too bad they gone mad.

Super slow service.always give reason that they dont have enough staff.they will ask u to leave ur car with them and come back later even if its a simple checkup.

I made an enquiry on cost of my engine oil & ATF online. They provided me all the info I needed and offered me a voucher. Then I proceeded to make an appointment with them. Upon arrival, they begin to start the service and they answered accordingly for all the questions I asked. They even suggested tips to maintain the neglected gearbox fluid, trying to bring up to it optimum level avoiding future damages to it. In the end, everything went well and paid for their service. The cost is worth for what you pay. Branded & trusted oils. I'm looking forward to their performance. After leaving the workshop, I think their HQ where I made my appointment asked me how was their service, I told them I'm happy and everything went smoothly. However, I forgot to get my voucher from them and they told me to inform them the next time I go for service. Shortly after that, the workshop called me up regarding my voucher. I told them I will inform them when I'm coming back for service. All in all, I'm very satisfied with their service & cost. Do keep in mind that it might be a little pricey due to the brand used but it will be worth it. I will return here for any future services.

Very great experience at this branch.went to get a nail from my tyre extracted and the branch manager mr jim wong was so accommodating. Definetly going back again to get all my tyres changed there! Polite staffs! 5 star for service! I would definetly recommend this place to my friends!

Very helpful mechanic and all the technician is willing to advise the best solution for your vehicle. The waiting room is very cosy and surprisingly they done the job faster than expected

Had a very pleasant experience! Customer service is brilliant. Appointments were easy to make, replies were prompt, no hassle whatsoever. As soon as I arrived, Jim was already waiting for me and immediately knew what I came for. Service was quick, I waited around 30 minutes. Price is as expected but not too expensive. Definite value for money. And in the end, they offered me a free RM30 voucher and more. Very happy I came here!

Just to charge a car's battery cost RM 20.
Wherelse another car's workshop within the vicinity of Sri Damansara only charge RM 8.
